His car was very clean and smelled so nice. He was observant of speed limit and a very safe driver. We chatted and he made me forget just how rushed and panicked I was. I made it to the appointment a little late but they were able to accommodate me. I feel like Frank's positive vibes helped me to go in there with a calm and positive attitude.

David arrived before time, called me and left a voicemail to tell me that he was there but not to rush and take my time. Just like last time, smooth ride and arrived at the airport before time. Would highly recommend this company to anyone who wants a safe and reliable ride to the airport anytime of the day. Original Review: Very prompt and reliable. My driver was delayed and when I called after waiting 5 min., I was promptly taken care of at 6am in the morning. They sent another driver (1st driver got rear ended!) right away and the wait wasn't much. David was kind and very nice and made it to the airport before time.

The 1st time when they didn't show, I called and they reported they didn't have a cab available and someone should have called. I didn't use them for 7th months because this action really put me in a bind. I decided to try them again, when they were 15 minutes late, I called again and got the same response they didn't have a cab available and the operator didn't feel it was necessary to give me a curtesy call. This time I was irate as this really put me in a bind and I did miss my plane which cost money to reschedule the flight. PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY ESPECIALLY IF YOU NEED TO CATCH A PLANE

They also service Humble, Kingwood, Huffman, Porter, and Atascocita areas. I made a reservation online the day before and received an email confirmation within minutes. The driver was 2 minutes early (to be early is to be on-time), helped with my bags, and was extremely friendly without being too chatty. He even asked which way I preferred to get to the airport. The company also offers 10% off on you first 2 trips to the airport. A+ in my book.

Given our terrible experiences with the hotel's contracted airport limo, he was there for us the next morning too, early morning and after a midnight return. Best cab service in Humble, TX as far as I am concerned. Humble is the Houston suburb around the Houston International Airport. Through a series of fortunate connections, but most importantly through dispatcher Chris early on a Sunday morning, I was able to track down the cab number based on the time of the ride and the fare. Chris was very pleasant and helpful as I called multiple times trying to reach the cab. Ultimately the management team at Lone Star, was able to connect with the driver, and get my wallet returned to me. I am sure most cab companies are the same, and probably only get reviews when someone is upset. In this case, the time, effort and care that Lone Star put into recovering my wallet, would indicate that they are a top notch outfit. Give them a call when you need a cab in Houston!

The drivers are often interesting people. You don't really know who you're going to get- it's fun chatting them up, but some just wanna be left alone. I wish there was a setting in the app to let you or the driver know if the other person would rather be left alone.
