Another ride to the airport with David last week and it felt like a friend was picking me up. The pick up was at 2:30am from Sugar Land to IAH. David arrived before time, called me and left a voicemail to tell me that he was there but not to rush and take my time. Just like last time, smooth ride and arrived at the airport before time. Would highly recommend this company to anyone who wants a safe and reliable ride to the airport anytime of the day. Original Review: Very prompt and reliable. My driver was delayed and when I called after waiting 5 min., I was promptly taken care of at 6am in the morning. They sent another driver (1st driver got rear ended!) right away and the wait wasn't much. David was kind and very nice and made it to the airport before time. read more

It was good that they were open. It. was bad I couldn't get a ride booked for 8 o'clock so I have to keep on searching different options and companies to find my ride read more

Aarons Taxi Service - No captions I wasn't doing anything. Just showing my face. - Taxis Near Me

I've called this place with no luck a few times and left messages for the last 4days with no response or call back. Was looking for a service closer to home. The two stars is for the lack of response to customers. Seems like a trend by these reviews. read more

So I'm running late for the airport and my son still isn't back with my car. So I google taxi's and Aaron's popped up with stellar reviews. I called and the guy that answered was kind and understood my situation. 20 minutes later, I was on my way to the airport. The car was clean and smelled fresh. He asked what I would prefer to listen to and accommodated my musical request. I will be using them on ny return trip. This was one of the most pleasant and stress free rides I've taken read more

I have never recommended a taxi service before, but I am pleased and excited to recommend Aaron's Taxi service. I use this taxi service whenever I am in the Houston-Humble area. The drivers are polite, friendly, professional and knowledgeable. They arrive on time and don't try to take longer distances, in order to rack up a larger fee. If you can, ask for David. I am able to schedule this taxi company in advance, so it really suits my needs when I have to go to the airport. read more

Called them two days in a row trying to get a price from Baytown to Houston, gave the specific addresses in the voicemail(yes voicemail, no one answered the phone) and they never called me back. So I was able to get a friend to take me for the price of dinner. Aarons brush off service. So, if you need "NO SERVICE" call Aaron's, they will be sure to ignore you! Tim W read more

Despite his protest this was Aaron's Taxi. Got the number right here on Yelp and voice mail said Aaron's taxi...duh!

Before using Aaron's Taxi Service, I'd never ridden in a taxi before. I took a chance on Aaron's based on the 2 reviews before mine and I'm very glad that I chose this company. I called in advance and arranged a pickup "appointment." The projected price from Old Norcross Rd. to the Dunwoody MARTA station was $25. I got a call the morning of to confirm and my driver, Winston, was there on the dot. The taxi was clean, comfortable and not at all creepy. At one point, the engine overheated and we had to pull over and call for another cab. Not ten minutes later, I was riding with David, the guy who had arranged my pickup. He got me to the station with time to spare and kept his word on the fare. A few days later, I used them for a return trip and got Winston...And a working car. I would definitely use this service again. The drivers were reliable, communicative, prompt and honest. For right now, I'm too pleased with them to try anyone else. read more

Never responded o my voicemail. Are they even in business here? I use Uber and find it quite satisfactory and economical. I don't have anything else to say but Yelp has a minimum amount of letters to post. Yada yada read more

I would highly recommend Aaron's Taxi in Houston. From what our driver told us, they are originally based out of Atlanta, and just recently began operating in Houston. My husband and I were in town only for the weekend. When we arrived, we got a taxi at the airport, and not only were we overcharged based on the flat rates posted at the airport, but the driver was a bit strange. We did not want the same driver/company picking us up when we left. We'd been told repeatedly that it was hard to get a taxi in the early morning on Sunday, so we were a bit nervous, as we had to leave our hotel at 6am. I hopped online and saw good reviews for Aaron's on Yelp, so I called them midday Saturday for an early Sunday pickup. We did notice that all the reviews were from Atlanta, so we had our fingers crossed! When I called Aaron's, the man who answered was polite, professional, and friendly. He let me know how much the ride would be, got our phone number, and told us we'd receive a call when the driver arrived. At 5:55am the next morning, we received a phone call letting us know our driver had arrived, and what kind of car he was driving. When we got downstairs, we met our driver, David, who was courteous, friendly, and professional. The car was nice, David was pleasant, and the ride cost exactly what we were quoted. If our experience is any indication of what to expect from this business, then book a cab with confidence, because they were dependable and top notch! I wish Aaron's a lot of success in Houston. read more

I usually use uber but as it couldn't confirm my ride for 5am the day after thanksgiving, decided to call a taxi so there was no chance of missing my flight. Not only was Tony exactly on time, he was a joy to speak with during the 20 minute drive. I appreciated his mannerisms, especially because it was so early. It's a bit more expensive than uber, but it was super comfortable and I had no worries. I will use them again. The owner is super responsive too... even on thanksgiving day. I felt bad bothering him, but he was super professional and took great care to call me back. read more

Best ride to the airport EVER. Friendly, relaxed, helpful. I got a personal call to let me know he was running 6 minutes late because of an accident on I-10. I appreciated the personal touch! Bonus: our driver had a great laugh! read more

I have only used 2 taxi services since I have lived here and Aaron's taxi service is hands down the best. David came to pick me up on time and was very reasonable in his fare charges. My charge was $20 and the last taxi service charged me $45. I had to go to the hospital for a platelet transfusion and David stayed in the area so he could give me a ride home. The car was clean and the ride was very pleasant. I would definitely use this taxi service again. read more

I used Aaron's to take my friend to the airport the other day, I have a new baby and the flight time was going to be difficult for me to take her. Aaron's was a good price, about ten dollars more than other places, but I booked them because the driver I spoke with was very friendly and professional. I would rather pay a bit more for great service, which is exactly what I got. He was right on time, too. read more

I was using Aaron's Taxi Service to go the Gwinnett Place Mall from my apartment on pleasant hill and was very pleased! The driver Winston was very friendly and the taxi was dealership clean. There wasn't a very long wait and plus he even gave me his personal number. Best taxi service in north Atlanta! read more

As a college student, I've had to use many different taxi services over the past 3 years but Aarons has by far been the best of them all. I needed a ride to the airport last week and since I had to leave my dorm by 4AM, I didn't want to rely on anything too sketchy and decided to call Aarons after reading the reviews on Yelp. Their service was courteous and extremely considerate from the first phone call to when I was dropped off at the airport. Their rate wasn't the cheapest but it was still very reasonable. The car was also squeaky clean and the driver, sincerely friendly. I would not hesitate to refer my friends to use this taxi service and plan to use Aarons many more times in the future. read more

I did research prior to choosing Aarons Taxi Service... I am happy to say that I was not disappointed! I was quite impressed in scheduling hours prior from San Francisco to inform them of my arrival at the airport at 12:45 a.m. last night. David was on time, pleasant, professional, and customer service was excellent as he followed up with me once I had landed to make sure I was there! After a long flight from SF and not worrying if my ride was really there gave me relief that I needed. I highly recommend as my experience with Aarons Taxi is affordable, friendly, and professional... in my book I would choose them again! read more

Wow! 5:30am reservation made just 10 hours before, on-the-dot arrival, quick drive, reasonable fare. Aaron's is my go-to for any transport from now on! read more

I called Aaron's this morning to bring my teenaged daughter to a doctor appointment. She'd never ridden a cab alone before but it went great. The weather caused the car to be a little bit late, but safety is important. Definitely going to use these guys again! read more

I had tried, in vain, to find a reliable mode of transportation (I don't like renting cars) around Houston. Uber was intermittently available. And almost every taxi service I called seemed like I was inconveniencing them with my business. Enter Aarons Taxi Service. This business is operated by a very industrious, respectful and cordial man. Their taxi's were ALWAYS on time, they called and checked on me to make sure I had transportation to the airport the next day... etc, etc, etc.. The cars were incredible as well. Very high end. Well done, Aaron. I will see you when I am in Houston again. read more

WOW! What a great service they provided! David the driver was awesome from the get go. He was on time and actually 5 mins early ! On top of that, he waited for me extra 10 mins without any hesitation. David was very polite and helpful with the luggage. He gave me a ride at 330am and then went back on the same day at 1030am to pick up my other family members who were on a later flight. Like me, my family loved his services and thought he was great. I highly recommend this taxi service to anyone who is in ATL or Norcross. read more

Needed a CAB to the MARTA station from Suwanee. I didn't get a CAB I got a Town Car! Courteous service... on time (early).... and got me to where I wanted to go... Couldn't have been more pleased. Will definitely call them again when I need a ride. read more

Wife and I used this company on Saturday night, 5/3. The service was friendly and reliable and I highly recommend. C

I used Aaron's for an early morning pickup. I was concerned if they might come late or don't show up. They showed 10 minutes before the appointment and the driver is very courteous. Asked me about any radio station I prefer. The taxi smells nice and looks very clean. I saved this taxi service number and I will call them whenever I need them again. I would gladly refer my friend and family anytime. read more

Well you think when you give someone another chance they will do better, shame on me. Called for cab to Turner field and was told we would have a car to accommodate 4 people was sent a small Toyota so we had to set on laps to get there. Never again with this guy read more

I had to make an emergency weekend trip to the Atlanta area over 9/25/15 to 9/27/15. I needed reliable transportation from the Gwinnett County area to the airport on Sunday at 5:30 AM. I am so glad that I found Aaron's Taxi Service on Yelp! I called them late Saturday afternoon to book my pick up time for the next day. The gentleman taking my call assured me that picking me up all the way out in Gwinnett County would be fine. On Sunday morning, the driver, David, arrived 10 minutes early, immediately easing my fears of not having a cab to make my flight. He was very friendly and professional. I would definitely use their service again. read more

This is the best taxi service I've ever used. David my driver was awesome! I would 100% recommend using this company!

Pros: the taxi service was early and courteous I got to my destination in one piece The vehicle that we rode in was moderately new, black and classy Cons: Lady who was driving was talking on her phone the whole way. At more than one point during the ride she was talking on 2 phones at the same time Arived at the destination, I only had a hundred on me for cash and driver.didnt have change Ended up paying 4 dollars more for the ride because we had to stop by nearby gas station to get change and the driver kept the meter running. read more

My car broke down so I called these guys the night before for a ride to work. They were a few minutes early the next morning which was great and the car was very nice and comfortable and driver was friendly! The fare was comparable to other Atl taxi services but the service and car were much better. read more

Driver was rude. Immediately asked me Cash or credit. $10 for a 3 mile ride. No wonder Uber is taking over.

I have used this taxi service nearly every time I have gone to the airport in the two and a half years I've lived in Atlanta. I don't fly that much, but that's still probably around eight or ten airport trips. I like being able to reserve ahead of time. The drivers are always on time and courteous. I never worry about missing my flight. I think I pay a bit more than I would if I lived in or around Norcross because then they have to drive down to me and then drive to the airport, but it is worth the premium I may be paying. I still think their rates are comparable to other taxi services in the area, at least the ones that do a good job. Even though there are other cab companies in my area that might cost me less, I still always come back to Aarons. read more

We have used Aaron's taxi service before and had wonderful service. David is so nice and professional, always on time. We recently took our entire family (8 including an infant) with lots of luggage on a trip and needed transportation to the airport.
