My driver is one of the best out there hands down. I have used Uber, taxis, Lyft you name it at other cities. But when back home needing a ride for business or personal use they always took care of me. Always on time, never late to the airport once! Even when I forgot to schedule a pickup, they would not hesitate at all to take care of me no matter the hour. As I said they are always professional, car is always clean with bottled water and mints if needed. I would highly recommend especially if you travel for work. The owner, apparently, picked us up. She had a clearly used car seat (yet claimed it was new) that was only buckled through the seat belt and had no tether. She said it didn't need latches, but car seats are generally required to have them. She assured us it didn't need it and was dismissive of my concerns. She even emailed after our trip to prove her point, claiming she has had many children travel with her...and never apologized for not bringing the latch strap. She does not properly train her staff and should not advertise safe car seat installation. Also, don't be rude to your customers and act like you know everything.

There were a couple of minor hiccups that were not because of anything he or his team did, and I contacted him about them and he was all about addressing them and finding a solution. His customer service is beyond 5 stars - trust me on that, and that alone is worth every penny spent. So let me explain why I know it is better to use a travel agent versus doing it yourself. The biggest pro is that if there is any problem, your travel agent can handle the resolution or at least do the fighting for you. Travel agents speak the language so they can get things done quicker and more efficiently than the "non-speaking" do-it-yourselvers. They have access to programs and sites that most of us novices don't even know about. It's as if they are shopping at the Mall of America versus the general public's Dollar General version. My husband and I took our daughter and her husband to NYC for a fun, gourmet focused trip, (daughter is a chef), and it was even better than we'd all expected. The hotel Scott found for us was absolutely amazing. It was smack dab in the middle of everything we wanted and needed not to mention is was a beautiful hotel.
