More importantly, the cabs that I "hail" to generally arrive timely and clean with courteous drivers. No matter if I am requesting a pick up at a business location or residential neighborhood, the results are consistent for the most part. Also, the registration process is simple and quick (took less than 10 seconds for me) and using the application itself is just as simple. No more long wait times trying to call in to dispatch! I recommend this application, especially for busy professionals and attendees of big events. I received a confirmation e-mail, including a PIN to use because I elected to use my credit card to pay my fare. The transaction takes place only upon the cabby entering this random PIN. My cabby was so nice and personable, and his cab was shiny and clean. When I was finished, I hailed another cab, using the app. I received my confirmation e-mail immediately, including my PIN. This app is so easy to use. And I appreciate being able to track my cab, know how soon he will pick me up, and know the car number to look for. Again, my driver was very personable and drove a clean car. Two thumbs up today!

We had an appointment we needed to get to in New Braunfels and wanted someone to drive us from Houston. It's about a three-hour drive and since we had just come back from Austin a week earlier, we were more than happy to let someone else do the heavy lifting this time. Chris answered right away and even followed up with a call back. Professional, quick to respond, and very reasonable on pricing. In the end, our plans changed and we didn't end up needing the ride, but I definitely plan to use Chris any time in Houston to go to the airport and when we need to make a trip like that. He made a great first impression and that's not always easy to find.

They are prompt, courteous, friendly, and reliable. What more could one ask for!? The cars they drive are typically minivans that appear clean and reliable. A nice touch also is that they play classical music or something that's not too intrusive for your listening pleasure on the way to the airport. OH, I also need to mention that their prices are extremely reasonable! I live at the far back end of Kingwood and find that their prices are better than any taxi service I have ever used. I definitely recommend them.

Then when we got to the hotel, he got a luggage cart and loaded up all 7 suitcases and wheeled them inside for us! INCREDIBLE. Truly outstanding. Grateful! Also have to tell the backstory about how the last time we were here we had the worst Uber experience from IAH airport to Conroe. An owner or employee representing a brand or service should never use in text, email or chat, "No Offense" because what follows that is offensive, bullying, or demeaning statements. So yes I took offense. Sorry you think I'm clueless but I'm pretty well educated in Economics 101 and more.
