Anyway, the driver was on time, and in fact a few minutes ahead of schedule. He sent me a text to let me know he was out on the street, and I was able to text him back as soon as I was ready to leave. The driver was very, very helpful, had a big smile, was extremely professional and pleasant, and made the whole experience great. He was very solicitous in terms of my comfort and made sure that my luggage was taken to the skycap and I was fully settled before leaving me at the airport. And, the limousine company had no problem about the fact that I had to be picked up at 3:30 AM :-) !!! Great experience, and I will definitely use them in the future!

They didn't nickel and dime us for adding an extra stop like the other car service companies were. Making a payment was seamless as well (20% down and full payment 2 days before scheduled service). My family and I flew from the San Francisco Bay Area to Houston Hobby and needed a ride to Galveston to port for a cruise. I contacted 3 different car service companies and decided to go with Top Tier Chauffeur services, out of instinct and I'm so happy I did. The day of our arrival, Betty texted me and provided me with the name of our driver, Kae, and his phone # and told me he will be in baggage claim to meet us after our flight. Soon after, I received a text from Kae. When we landed we went straight to baggage claim, there was Kae right when we got down the escalators holding a digital sign with my name on it. He made it easy to find him. He walked with us (there were 4 of us) to pick up our bags from the carousel then loaded our bags into the suburban. The ride was nice and clean. Kae was welcoming and engaged in our conversations. We started talking about Buc-cees and lo and behold we did a quick pit stop there. Our first time at a Buc-cees so we were super grateful for that stop. The day we came back from the cruise, I received a text from Kae letting me know he was going to be the one picking us up as well. I texted him when we got off the ship and he was there within minutes with cold water for each of us. If you know how hot and humid Galveston, TX gets then you know cold water is a treat. Thank you Top Tier Chauffer services. Betty and Kae, thank you for making our ride experience a memorable one! I highly recommend Top Tier if you are looking for a safe and trustworthy car service. Hands down best service and rates in Houston!

We specifically…read morerequested Ford Transit which we did receive at our initial pick up from the Houston Airport, however upon our return back to the airport we receive a vehicle of lesser quality. The Ford Transit that picked us had to be put in the shop, which is understandable as things happen and vehicles need servicing for various reasons to maintain them. We were told they did not send their Surburban because it did not have enough space to accommodate us, which is true as there were 7 passengers with a total of 8 suitcases. Our luggage was secured inside with strap, however the bags kept rolling throughout our trip from the Port of Galveston to the airport in Houston and we had to lay our rolling carry-on bags down because initially they were falling. I asked the very nice man that picked us up why did we have this vehicle, he stated he did not know. Therefore I called the office an was advised of why. I told the lady it is understandable that something happened to the Ford Transit and therefore it had to be put in the shop. It wasn't understandable as to why we weren't informed there would be a change in the quality of vehicle. I told her I believe we should be compensated by receiving something off the price we paid for good customer service. She told me she has to ask the owner who is out of the country for a few weeks. I stated there are various ways to communicate while out of the country such as email, whatsapp, etc., therefore since this happened on a Saturday I ask and expect for them to follow up with me by end of business day Wednesday of the upcoming week. Wednesday came, no one followed up. I called Friday, 3/1/24. I spoke a lady, I think her name is Katherine or Kate, and I advised her what occurred. She stated she will read the note and call me back. She called back within 10 minutes and advised that the contract states they can change vehicles if there's a maintenance issue and switch it for a vehicle with comparable capacity, which is what they did and I agree should happen, however I believe in addition to providing comparable capacity, quality of the vehicle should be comparable also, and if not take something off of the price for your customers. The lady stated the provided a comparable vehicle therefore they will not take anything off. I am not sure if I spoke with the same lady both times but both times that I spoke with a lady, the lady was a little spicy. The drivers were amazing & awesome, therefore I give them 5 stars. I give the overall experience 1, I prefer to do business with companies who do good things/betterment for their customers that goes beyond their contracts or minimal obligations to their customers, however this is not that type of company/business. Our drivers got us back and forth safely and they provided excellent service, which is the positive of this experience.
