We had an appointment we needed to get to in New Braunfels and wanted someone to drive us from Houston. It's about a three-hour drive and since we had just come back from Austin a week earlier, we were more than happy to let someone else do the heavy lifting this time. Chris answered right away and even followed up with a call back. Professional, quick to respond, and very reasonable on pricing. In the end, our plans changed and we didn't end up needing the ride, but I definitely plan to use Chris any time in Houston to go to the airport and when we need to make a trip like that. He made a great first impression and that's not always easy to find.

I use black car service regularly, and this was the first time black car service did not do a meet and greet at baggage claim. I was traveling with my mother, and she is in a wheelchair, so getting our luggage and maneuvering out to find the driver (different driver) was inconvenient. Also, my niece said she was getting car sick, as the drive to the house was quite jerky and brake-heavy. I may use them for the airport drop-off but will look elsewhere for the return/pickup.
