I told them that I would others know what had happened with Castaways Travel. They then took it upon themselves to contact the owner of the resort where we are members and lied to them, claiming I threatened them. All in an attempt to cause trouble for us. Castaways previously hosted an event there, so they use that as the excuse for contacting them. Although they are nice people, dealing with this company has been chaotic and stressful. They are very unprofessional. They refuse to take any accountability at all for their mistake. I would never recommend this company to anybody.
