I emailed them to discuss the situation and voice my extreme frustration and displeasure over the charge and their handling of the situation, and their performance as a whole. I told them that I would others know what had happened with Castaways Travel. They then took it upon themselves to contact the owner of the resort where we are members and lied to them, claiming I threatened them. All in an attempt to cause trouble for us. Castaways previously hosted an event there, so they use that as the excuse for contacting them. Although they are nice people, dealing with this company has been chaotic and stressful. They are very unprofessional. They refuse to take any accountability at all for their mistake. I would never recommend this company to anybody.

We were wanting a great all inclusive adult resort for our ten year anniversary and Tahnee…read moresuggested El Dorado Maroma. When she told us about the beach bungalows, "Palafitos," we were sold. She was able to make two different reservations since we stayed at the resort and Palifitos, but tie the reservations for a seamless transfer. I usually book trips on my own, but Tahnee had access to booking the Palifitos before they were even built and the public had access. Sometimes it's more advantageous to go through a travel agent! She found us the best deal including transfers, too. We have had many transfers to and from resorts/airports and this was the most seamless transfer so far. Tahnee was easy to work with and always on top of it which I appreciated because I am the same way! We would definitely use Tahnee at Fox Travel again and so should you.

Bev knew how to adjust our tour so that we were not following that tour group to every holy site. I highly recommend this travel agency to everyone especially if they are considering a Holy Land tour. It isn't just a tour, it is a pilgrimage.
