I came across Fast Passports & Visas, Inc. I called prior to sending anything and spoke with Sam. Sam was extremely knowledgeable and courteous. I did not feel rushed when speaking to him or as if I was bothering anyone the additional times I called. I'll without a doubt use their services again. They were extremely professional and kept me posted throughout the entire process. They guide with the requirements that must be met to ensure nothing is missed and your application is submitted correctly the first time. If you read review after review there are horror stories of many people screwing up because they lacked one document. I used their services for three of us and am VERY happy I chose them over other companies that seemed to complicated. Thank you for making this an easy process for us.

Although this service was not part of the contract, I was delighted to know they do their best to cater to their clients' requests. We booked MK Limousine Services for my best friend's son's funeral--an extremely emotional day…read more Days before the service, we spoke with Dave and amended the contract to reflect an earlier pickup time, only four hours of total service, and that the driver would leave after dropping us off at the cemetery. Despite this, the limo remained at the cemetery after drop-off. When we addressed it, the driver apologized and specifically told us we would not be charged for extra time, because he was not taken us back. The next day, our credit card was charged for an additional hour. I contacted Dave, who originally handled the booking and amendment, expecting a professional conversation. Instead, he talked over me, raised his voice, refused to let me explain, claimed he had recordings, and then hung up on me. His behavior was rude, dismissive, and completely inappropriate--especially given that this involved a funeral. We have the amended agreement clearly stating four hours of service and ultimately had to dispute the charge. Due to the lack of professionalism, compassion, and accountability, I would never use or recommend MK Limousine Services.
