He was very polite and accommodating, and took care of the extra steps I needed to ensure my transportation was a successful and comfortable experience on both ends. The sedan was a Cadillac CTS and quite comfortable. They provided water, mints, gum packet, and, well a very positive interaction. He was pleasant and confident and communicative, and before I knew it, he had my family member safely deposited and followed up to let me know. He went above and beyond for me and my family today.
