The location is a bit remote, but it's well marked and easy to find. Be sure to get exact directions to your plane, as there are several charter companies and privately owned facilities. Each one will have their own little waiting areas and you will walk directly to the plane. No jet ways here. Another neat thing is you can oogle planes all you like as you drive in and taxi. My driver is one of the best out there hands down. I have used Uber, taxis, Lyft you name it at other cities. But when back home needing a ride for business or personal use they always took care of me. Always on time, never late to the airport once! Even when I forgot to schedule a pickup, they would not hesitate at all to take care of me no matter the hour. As I said they are always professional, car is always clean with bottled water and mints if needed. I would highly recommend especially if you travel for work. Service is friendly and pool restaurant good. The country club is in walking distance if you want golf or tennis. There are several pools. For families, the pool is THE activity and truly, the only activity. The woodlands lake is a 5 min drive so the trolly and pedal boats entertained us! It was fun. The breakfast was delicious. What was a disappointment: - total of 1 lifeguard for the entire pool area, which included three pools and a lazy river with a wave area. There is "swim at your own risk" signage, but that is NOT a family friendly environment. - there is a 1x/ day arts and crafts that you have to pay extra to do. - the other staff-led activities were bingo, movie by the pool, and karaoke. The staff was not energetic, smiling, or enthusiastic with the exception of the activities manager who led the water melon eating contest. - it rained for one of the afternoons so we all went into the conference center for games. Wow was that disappointing. The staff was sitting around at a table, no music, no explanation of the table games, not interacting with the guests. When asked they said "you can play whichever game you want, it's self service." My husband and I used our phones to at least put on music, we facilitated a game of tag, and several families had to escalate to the manager to setup the karaoke and popcorn machine because the staff in the room was literally sitting around sticking to a rigid schedule and telling us they can't set anything up until a certain time. Of course the manager said that is absolutely not true. - the staff didn't know how to work the projector for karaoke so the kids just used a laptop that the staff member had sitting on her lap. Minimal interaction etc. The events team staff (minus the supervisor) was really subpar. Easily made for a 2 rating for sure. Janna has taken my 94-year-old mother to doctor appointments when I was not available. My mother is comfortable in Janna's care, and she has complete and total trust in her, as do I. Better yet, my mom enjoys Janna's company and the conversations they have together! Janna is extremely knowledgeable about procedures and will even accompany your senior loved one to the examining room. If you hadn't filled out the registration forms/questionnaire for your senior beforehand, Janna will assist them with that as well. My mother and I give Janna the highest A+++ rating available. She cares for my mother as would a daughter.

Noise from all areas. I get the nearby stadium loudspeaker, the rodeo park at end of road with Fast and Furious cars all night, and late night loud music from bar across the back pond but when it's all day from someone in the park and just disrespectful and rude and nothing is done about it but they tell you they're working on it so you continue to pay monthly that's wrong. Worse when it's a grown older adult causing the issue. And the If you're not in the low paying clique and you're paying for the most expensive spot losing you is ok compared to clique. Do your research. Lots of parks in the area. I have pics of grass uncut and mattresses laying outside for days but will have to find review site that allows photos. Hope this helps someone. There were some really good people there. You could fish in peace and no one bothered you. BUT in the summer/fall of last year Leisurely Lane opened another resort. Where they had 2 they now had 3. Then it started really going down hill. Where they screened their residents before that apparently went away. We had self proclaimed drug addicts, plain old thugs and child abusers (he was reported by many people and had the police involved but the office ignored it and were allowed to stay) ....and even a campground prostitute. I'm not joking! There was a woman that moved in that came on to all the men around the park whether married or not looking for "dates". We had at least 3 guys that moved in that tried to intimate the residents with threats and physical violence and would try to cause trouble it was worse when they got drunk. There was another woman moved in that had 2 men that would visit and if she got confused and had them over at the same time they'd get in fist fights literally in the street. Screaming and cussing each other. But, apparently that's perfectly ok with the office staff!!!! The ONLY thing you could get in trouble for was if you were rude to the office people. The they'd take notice. Otherwise it was a total free for all, do whatever you want in the park. If anyone complained they ignored you, it didn't involve them. As far as not keeping up the park. The grass would grow up to your knees before they'd finally cut it. They had campground workers but couldn't keep anyone. There were deep holes in the some of the yards and one lady got seriously injured when she fell after stepping in one. They never fixed any of it. The last I heard she had to get an attorney to get them to help with medical expenses. She moved out shortly after the incident and good for her!! She's way better off out of there. As are we!!! After that experience no more campgrounds for us!! The tall grass invited lots of snakes into to the park. We had problems with ants and rodents. Because they refused to spray. It cost money. So bottom line either the owner and staff refuse to spend money on upkeep or there isn't any money and they got to big to fast. There was an incident where somebody smeared feces all over the mens bathroom walls, people dumping their trash over the neighbors fence onto his horse farm which as you can imagine went over well. One lady down the street from the park said she's heard nothing but bad things about that place and the neighbors are all sorry it's there. They're bringing in a lot of "trashy people". The good ones never stay. There is one woman in the office who no one knew what she did. She stayed in her office playing games on her computer all day. But trust me you didn't want to talk to her. She was the most unhappy, rude, nasty person you'll ever meet. So it's best she gets paid to just sit in there. Maybe that's where the upkeep money goes?? Hhmmmm
