Full-time RV living can be challenging if you don't find the right place, but Corral RV Park has provided everything I was looking for--a safe, peaceful, and welcoming community. The park is always well-maintained, and the manager and staff genuinely care about the residents. They are friendly, attentive, and quick to address any concerns. The atmosphere here is quiet and respectful, making it easy to relax and enjoy daily life. The location is also excellent, with convenient access to shopping, restaurants, medical facilities, and everything Tomball has to offer. After four years of full-time RV living at Corral RV Park, I am thankful to have found such a great place to call home and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a long-term RV community or just a stop over for a night or so. I hope they decide they like you, I was LITERALLY playing George Strait at 4pm on a Sunday while I was outside cleaning and since the single elderly man next to me (who loves staring at kids and adults alike in his RV, outside his RV and from his truck for many minutes) decided to complain, the off duty office lady decided she was going to yell at me like I was a teenager (I'm 39) and proceed to call me white trash, When I told her quiet hours don't start 'til 10pm and I pay my rent here too. They called the police, who didn't show up until 8:20pm and laughed off the situation so much I didn't even get a case number. The next day the other office lady called me a liar and said the other lady was 77 and terrified of me. If that was so, why did she not mention this to the officers? The park and other people are ok but the office has a large head and thinks she is the only single mom of 3 with relationship issues, so she's a total Bitch with an attitude but when served her own attitude back says 'you must be having a bad day'. I was fine til you yelled at me like a child. go sit down T, maybe get some vitamin D. I have several emails asking her to stop and she kept arguing back via email like a child. read more

This RV park is clean and well kept, but there isn't much in the way of amenities even though they advertise them. Dog park is tiny, no water in the 'pond,' wifi is very weak and TV is awful. Washers are old, free coffee isn't available. read more

The park itself is actually pretty decent, BUT the park manager is a complete B!#*h!! From day ONE of pulling in here, she snapped at us. We both commented on it, but shrugged it off as her having a bad day perhaps. After staying here more than a week, she has made ridiculous demands about us moving our truck a freaking half an inch because she didn't like where it was positioned in the driveway in which we PAID FOR!! With every encounter with this horrible woman, she acts like she is above us lowly customers who pay to stay here. She alone has made us WISH we hadn't of prepaid to stay here one day further. There is an older and a newer section. The older section is for long-term guests and some of the RVs don't look like they've moved in a while. However, the new section is wonderful. The pads are concrete and level. There are picnic tables. The wifi strength varies a bit with your proximity to the boosters. The office is friendly. There are lots of laundry machines, enough long termers to provide a sense of community and the staff keep treats in the office for the dogs. :) The park is in an excellent location with awesome access to Tomball's main street and quick access to 249, the tollway, etc. It's surrounded by deer, close to grocery stores, Walmart, etc. There is no trash pickup and the dumpster is quite a walk from the newer section, but is on the way out when driving. There is a dog park and some great dog walking spots with dog waste bins. The prices are very reasonable. We would stay there again. read more

I agree with Clint T. The staff at this place were very unfriendly and acted like our possible business was annoying them. They acted like they could not answer questions unless we signed on the dotted line before we even knew what was all included. I guess it's a crime to ask questions and get all the facts before making a decision. I made a clarifying comment to my husband and one of the ladies said "is that a problem" very rudely. I really wanted to like this place as the people staying there all looked friendly and my dad would fit right in but big fat no because of the rudeness and down talking from the staff. We almost apologized to them for interrupting their workday to give them our business. read more

The staff is not very friendly at this park. When trying to make a reservation I was first asked what the age of my RV. Then I was told my dog could not come with us to this park because of insurance reasons. I know for a fact she is lying. I have personal knowledge regarding insurance for these types of parks in Texas. I have been told I sound very young on the phone and I believe she thought I was younger and she was trying to find any reason to not make the reservation. Ignorance and attitude like this goes against the whole RV family style. I would not recommend this park to anyone. read more

Great place to camp. Clean grounds, nice people and fairly quiet. Only stayed a week doing work in the area and paid $205 (pull through slip). Power was steady, water fresh and got a spot next to one of the many wifi booster antenna so signal was 5 bars strong. Train nearby tends to blow early in the morning but what can you do. If work calls I'll stay there again. read more

lots of amenities, they even have a little store in the front. the management lives on site. the residents are super helpful and nice. only a few small downsides. They don't take school age kids. The mail is all mixed together, just sorted by last name, so you have to find your mail. :-) overall I would recommend it read more
