She asked if we wanted to drive around on our own or if we wanted a guided tour. We wanted the guided tour! She was very knowledgeable about the sites and of course the property. She also told us when the property was going to be busy and pointed out some of the better sites. We're definitely going to plan a weekend trip here in the fall.

Lots of full-timers who work in the area but not many run-down rigs. Nice laundry. It has a dog park & showers but we didn't use either, we have no pets & our own shower. We use AT&T for cell & hotspot. We used our cell boost to get a stronger signal for internet usage. If you have starlink, OK in new section because no trees.. convenient to shopping & tow vehicle fuel.

If I could rate this place a 0 I would. The manager lied about my RV spot that I moved into. They…read moresaid the previous owner flooded it so they put some "gravel" down. Turns out all of the rain water flows through there and the sand they put didn't help at all. The previous owner also dumped raw shrimp on the lot so there was lyme and a fish smell for the first half of the stay, which also wasn't disclosed to me. I simply could have parked somewhere else. The invoices you receive have no break down on what you're paying. The manager seems to be over charging and trying to slip it by to see if you'll pay it. I didn't see or talk to the manager once after I moved in, not even on the move out. She takes a long time to respond, and I had to ask for the Wi-Fi password. The icing on the cake is she compromised my safety by giving one of the other residents my phone number over a civil dispute that could have been handled through her, as a manager. I am disgusted another woman would compromise anothers safety. You cannot trust the people in the park. There are a lot of unsettling men in the park. If you have children or are a young woman, beware.

Unlocks the ONE bathroom there without knocking to check for occupancy first. It was a good place to live or rest or what have you until the owners hired the nosiest person to "manage" the place. No amenities. One washer and dryer for the campsite. One restroom for the campsite. When I moved in I explained I needed a place where I could use the shower because my trailer's shower is itty bitty. And was told it was fine. In June I was told that the restroom is for emergencies only. Not every day use. After I had been there for 4 months and new management took over. Getting texts from management in the middle of my workday demanding a response. No patience. No respect.
