this is the WORST company ive ever been thru . they charged me an extra $500 fee and didn't do the job that was needed ,then rescheduled my appointment due to Timothy failing to send my paper work I then was no longer able to go on my trip . I got to the post office they notified me he charged me that much for a hand carry passport something I didn't even have or need and told me this office is a scam ! please don't waste your money or time on this subpar "business" . We needed to get our young children passports to go out of the country in about two months and decided to give PassportWorld a try since they were a one stop shop. We arrived slightly before they were scheduled to open (9:30 AM) to ensure we would be the first ones there and in and out quickly. We waiting for an extended period of time as the staff was extremely late. Upon their arrival, there was not even an apology and then they skipped us in line. The gentleman seemed very nice. He asked when our trip was and we told him two months away. He told us that shouldn't be a problem as passports are coming back within two weeks currently. Once the photo process and applications were completed, Cynthia them argued with my husband telling him we needed to pay expedited fees. This would have increased our total by doubling the cost. We did NOT feel it was necessary as the husband told us it was only taking two weeks. Cynthia was EXTREMELY rude and unpleasant. Being there for nearly two hours already, we were in a slight rush to leave once everything was completed. Afterwards, I looked at the paperwork we needed to take to the courthouse and she had made an error on one of my son's names. I called her to see what to do and she was very rude yet again. She informed me that my husband signed off that everything was correct. I explained that I understood but needed to know what the steps were to fix. Luckily the lady at the courthouse was helpful with this. After being so frustrated with their service, the courthouse tells us that we could track the status online (thank goodness, as PassportWorld did not). I was tracking and the passports were delivered back to PassportWorld. At that point, PassportWorld never called and let me know they had arrived back (in only about two weeks time). It was as if they were trying to be manipulative not counting on me checking the online status. The photos came out great and we did receive our passports back in two weeks (although that was not due to them) so I was satisfied with that... HOWEVER, I wouldn't use them again. Also, be aware that the reviews for this company are going to be askew as they offer people an incentive ($5 gift card) to leave a 5 Star review. I hope your service here is better than ours. Just beware of the poor customer service. read more

I did not realize i needed a visa to enter the country of Brazil. I came to this realization the Tuesday before I was supposed to fly out Saturday. After a bit of a freak out, and talking with 3 other visa agencies that told me there was no way it could be done, I contacted Worldwide Visa. I spoke with Tim and was immediately set at ease. He spoke so kindly and calmly and let me know that it was indeed possible, and that they would do everything in their power to get the visa. I overnighted all my paperwork Tuesday, and called to confirm that everything was in order on Wednesday. On Thursday, Tim confirmed that Tyrus was able to make a miracle happen and got the visa that same day! They overnighted my passport back and I few out Saturday as planned. Tim kept me up to date throughout the whole process - always incredibly kind and considerate. I can not thank them enough! My trip to Brazil was life changing and I owe it to Worldwide Visa for making it happen! read more
