The impressive thing about A VIP Car and Taxi Service is that Jilly arrived 15 minutes early, called to let us know he had arrived. Jilly, was very professional, safe driver and friendly. The vehicle was clean and large enough to hold our luggage. I highly recommend this taxi service for all of your transportation needs whether it's locally around Houston or any other city in Texas. Job well done Jilly!

My son has a Japan trip coming up in August and we mistakenly assumed…read morethat his passport was good for 10yrs, buuuuut luckily I checked (better later than too late) and realized it was expired last year! I had an appointment at my local post office last Friday and it was the only appointment available until late July. We show up and the passport clerk called in sick and cancelled all the appointments. I was so pissed and also worried because I don't know what else to do so I Google searched what my options were and I came across this place. Please don't get me wrong, I was a bit skeptical about this place, just seemed like a scam or shady, but after some research, I decided to give it a go because we were desperate to get this down in time especially because I'm flying out of state this weekend and won't return until the end of July so I had to help my son out now. Anyways, staff member Jenny helped me over the phone answering the infinite questions that I had for her. She was super friendly, patient and thorough with me so I can better under what I need to do and why. This was on a Friday on the phone with her and I'm located about 2hrs from their office. She's off on Mondays, but she prepped a packet for me to show up on Monday when she didn't have to. She did this off of pure good faith that I'd show up and not ditch. Upon coming to their office, the small and dark parking lot was super empty and there was a homeless guy sleeping on the ground along the stairwell and front entrance. It gave me the feeling again that the good-to-be-true awesome service, was at this shady looking place. It just so happens that that we were just there early and more cars started to fill up the lot. Another staff member, Ricardo helped me and he was super fast and friendly. We showed up at 9am and were out the door before 930am to go to an USPS appointment that Jenny set for me. It was a farther, but necessary drive to take care of this process today so that I'm not driving back and forth. Once we were done with the Post Office, we returned to drop off the sealed envelope so that it could be FedEx'd the next day for processing. Because this was considered "expedited," I had to pay $580 for the whole process plus $35 Post Office processing fee and an extra $45 fee for FedEx services to have it shipped to my house overnight once the Post Office does their part. This office did all the work and we just had to sign and go tot the Post Office. I wouldn't be paying this much if I just paid attention to my son's passport expiration date, but this was a hard lesson learned and timing was against us. Overall, I definitely recommend this business should you ever need an expedited passport. Staff were all around, AMAZING. Parking lot is super small and shady looking lol. Just park and walk upstairs through the front glass doors. It appears that there is no elevators so for those handicap or can't walk up the stairs, I would call first. The hours show 24/7, but they do in fact have office hours. Hopefully Google Edit will accept my request to update their office hours.

My Indian visa expires in a couple of months & I submitted all my documents as they suggested to obtain an OCI card a month ago and then ................"crickets..." I received NO acknowledgment receipt of the email, absolutely NO communication, NO calls ever, NO update of status or what they are doing with 20+ confidential documents we have submitted! Taking care of a disabled son and a disabled mother with a job I patiently waited for a month I then called after a month of them sitting on my confidential documents, to check on my status. The person who answered the phone, took 12 minutes to search in silence just to say in his said in a ghoulish, monotonous, " Well, if you didn't pay us then we are not responsible for your documents!" I was infuriated ... precious time for a soon expiring VISA wasted because of these inconsiderate people!!! How the heck is the CUSTOMER to know what and where to pay if you did not communicate to the customer int eh first place? The truth of the matter was, they couldn't even find my documents! ....................How embarrassing!! When started debating, the ghoul responded, " WE ARE NOT INTERESTED IN DOING BUSINESS WITH YOU!" Hearing this I asked to speak to LALU CHERIAN, - apparently the OWNER, ........ the GHOUL responded, "I WILL NOT GIVE HIM THE PHONE!" and hung up! They supposedly run a business with stellar reputation that is embellished with extravagant reviews, a pure trap to lure the docile, nescient masses! But, in reality, terribly fail to extend even a courteous reply to the first ever email attached with secured documents sent by a customer. A simple... "Ma'am we are so sorry, it fell through the cracks ... let us fix this issue right now"............... would have solve the matter it but the CHAUVINISTIC NARCISSIST attitude won't thrive for long! Never ever will I book with this travel agency again!!! If you are thinking of hiring them please…read morebe careful and ask questions because they DO NOT volunteer the proper information to their clients. I went last spring (2016) and explained to travel agent that I had NEVER gone on a trip out of the country and I was needing help with purchasing a vacation package for my immediate family including my mother- it was actually her birthday gift. The agent-Avelina, sold us 5 tickets and I paid cash, she never informed us that there is TWO types of passports-- a CARD and a BOOK. She made copies of what we had and gave me the print out of the tickets and said "Perfecto todo esta listo" "Perfect everything is ready" 10 months later, we get to airport and they did not let my mother board because she has the wrong passport!!!! I called the agency and their solution was, leave your mother at the airport and go without her!!! my mom is 67 years old, not fluent in English AND with no car or way to get back to her house which is an hour away from the airport. Till this day they have done nothing to get me tickets. on the contrary they want me to pay an ADDITIONAL $3,000.00 dollars for new tickets. I originally paid almost $5000.00 for the tickets, I paid hotel in Paris, hotel in Madrid and rented a car. I also paid parking for 10 days at the airport to leave my car there. Who is going to reimburse me for all the loss???? Not Excelsior, they don't even want to pay for new tickets.....when I called them to inform them of the nightmare I was going thru at the airport she began making me feel like it was my fault that my mother didn't have the proper passport. I explained to her that was the whole purpose of hiring them, so they could tell me what I needed!!! Avelina has insulted me and made me feel completely dumb. No one should ever, ever have to go through such a horrible experience. I was looking forward to this trip, it was suppose to be a once in a lifetime experience and instead it has caused so much headaches and tears.

Terrible and completely unprofessional company. Spend a little more and go with a reputable…read morecompany that has pride in their vehicles and knows how to hire competent employees. I rented a party bus for my daughter's senior prom on Sat Jan 27, and was embarrassed with the quality of the bus and service provided by this company. (The driver left our party stranded for 30 min and the bus looked like a remodeled city bus and the remodel was cheaply done.). Here is the sequence of events - I arrived early (2:00 pm) to meet the bus driver and drop off sodas for the bus ride and I immediately regretted not going with our local limo vendor. As I boarded the bus, the fake floor boards on the steps into the bus shifted and the bus smelled wet and muggy. I looked around and noticed a large puddle of water in the back of the buss floor. The driver asked me if I had anything to clean it up with so I grabbed a paper towel roll from my car so the girls dresses would not get wet. He said the water had likely leaked in from a "loose panel". I guess there is no walk through done by drivers to ensure the vehicles are clean and ready. At any rate they drove off and reached their dinner destination at 4:30 pm. The driver called me to ask what time he should be back to pick them up. I should have told him to stay ( I paid for. 2:30-8:30 pm ) but I thought he would be 10 min away so I said 6ish. I called him at 5:15 and told him that they were running ahead of schedule at the the dinner and asked him to return. He didn't arrive until 6:15 so the kids waited over 30 minutes for him to arrive. Who does this and thinks it's ok to drive away and not be within a short return distance? At any rate, after finally arriving and getting on the road for about 30 minutes the kids asked for a quick stop. The driver decides to get fuel after the kids are already done and ready to go. They waited another 15 minutes and watched the idiot try to use the wrong gas nozzle to pump gas after which one of the boys on the bus told him he needed to use the diesel nozzle. They finally left and arrived at the dance 20 min late. What the heck did he do while they were eating???? I called their dispatch office and asked for a "manager" that evening but was told I would get a call back Monday. No one called me so i called them and was able to talked to their manager (Last name Tarek I think). I shared the experience and told him I did not get the party bus service I paid for and was promised. He made excuses and told me to tell the parents that our kids really only waited for 15 minutes because I told him 6 . I told him that his response was unacceptable and he said he would consider how to respond and a week later still no call. So after week of waiting, I've decided to let others read my story and avoid anyone else getting fooled and be saved the embarrassment I felt as other parents heard the fiasco from their kids. Mind you this is all after I personally went to their business office to discuss the rental and expectations around safety and quality. In summary, no quality or excess with this company. Spend a little more and go with a reputable company. This driver has no business driving other people.
