My Indian visa expires in a couple of months & I submitted all my documents as they suggested to obtain an OCI card a month ago and then ................"crickets..." I received NO acknowledgment receipt of the email, absolutely NO communication, NO calls ever, NO update of status or what they are doing with 20+ confidential documents we have submitted! Taking care of a disabled son and a disabled mother with a job I patiently waited for a month I then called after a month of them sitting on my confidential documents, to check on my status. The person who answered the phone, took 12 minutes to search in silence just to say in his said in a ghoulish, monotonous, " Well, if you didn't pay us then we are not responsible for your documents!" I was infuriated ... precious time for a soon expiring VISA wasted because of these inconsiderate people!!! How the heck is the CUSTOMER to know what and where to pay if you did not communicate to the customer int eh first place? The truth of the matter was, they couldn't even find my documents! ....................How embarrassing!! When started debating, the ghoul responded, " WE ARE NOT INTERESTED IN DOING BUSINESS WITH YOU!" Hearing this I asked to speak to LALU CHERIAN, - apparently the OWNER, ........ the GHOUL responded, "I WILL NOT GIVE HIM THE PHONE!" and hung up! I don't know what is going on but this company has not responded concerning the status of my PP, which was ordered in November 2019, I have left messages and sent emails still no responses. They have not given me a curtesy call to tell me they are closed. March 20,2021 this is my update since the last post,,, as you can see the owner and operator of this business stated that he would reach out to me , I waited 2 weeks and he still did not reach out to me so I contact the BBB to assist with the matter, the gentleman stated he would not give me money or documents back because he lost a slot ( $35-65) so I responded that he can keep the money for the slot and return the rest or proceed with my passport, his next respond was he would not give my either because I threaten him...which was a untruth. I reached out to him several times ( telephone records show2019,2020 and 2021)and refuse to respond. We used Passports Plus to get our visas for Brazil because the Houston consulate had jurisdiction…read moreover our state (Colorado) but we couldn't travel to Houston to get them ourselves. Because it was such a scary concept, to send your passports and a bunch of personal information, off to a stranger, we called the American Express office in Houston and they referred us to Passports Plus. Overall, they did a great job. The passports arrived sooner than expected and because their website was so thorough, we were able to follow the instructions and didn't have any problems or delays in the processing. My ONLY complaint, and the reason I docked one star, is that the company did absolutely NOTHING to keep up apprised of the status of our order. Not even an email to let us know our passports arrived in their offices safely (we had to get that from our Fedex Tracking number). Or an email confirming our order (the confirmation came back as a printed sheet with our finished passports). Because this is such a nerve wrecking thing to do (mail off your passports), I thought a courtesy email or some kind of tracking system that told you where your passport was in the process would have been nice (i.e. Your passports have been received, Your passports have been delivered to the Brazil Consulate, your passports are on their way back to you.) I had to call up the offices to find out that our passports had been shipped back. But other than that, a great service!
