Quite happy with the results, efficiency, and price here. Worked with Sugeila and Andre. Neither had what I'd call a sunny bedside manner, but they were polite and efficient and Sugeila quickly notified me when there was a minor glitch with the photo for my visa. If you don't live in Houston, and you're getting a visa for a country that has a Houston embassy, you definitely want to save a few bucks and FedEx your stuff to these guys rather than paying inflated local prices. read more

Travel Visa Pro was terrific in helping us get e- visas for Brazil. We provided them the information needed and they filled out the forms quickly and correctly. They coached us patiently and gave us useful tips and feedback till we got our visa photos right. We especially appreciate Mr. Vytautus Spucis, who helped us and kept us optimistic and on track. read more

This company is greedy, Im sure they do a decent job with visas, but they simply took my money without offering a service. I booked an appointment, then decided I was not going forward with it so cancelled within the hour. They went on to still charge me $40, even though they had to do absolutely no work for me. Apparently it is in their Terms and conditions, but that is rediculous to charge someone if you did not spend a minute of time/work on them. read more

The entire Travel Visa Pro team was helpful, communicative, and professional throughout what was a very stressful situation for me. With only nine days before my travel date, they helped me get a replacement passport with a name change--even with a bank holiday in the mix! In particular, I want to call out Jonel for being incredible in getting me the information and appointments I needed and for keeping me updated so I could feel less stressed and worried during the process. read more

Very quick turnaround to update my passport! Was able to get it in time for my work trip.

I was checking around to find services to get a Chinese visa. I ended up not being able to get the visa due to lack of time before my trip, so I called Travel Visa Pro and asked them to refund the $282 they charged me before receiving any documentation or confirmation from me that I would indeed be moving forward with the visa process. I received a refund of $269 after waiting about 7 business days and when I called to ask why I hadn't been refunded the full amount I was told there's a $17 "cancellation fee." It's possible this was in the fine print somewhere, but I wasn't advised of it when I asked for the refund and I've just paid Travel Visa Pro $17 for an interest-free week-long loan of $282 for providing absolutely no services whatsoever. Other visa companies don't charge you until you send documentation--this entire experience was a time-consuming money grab. read more

Travel Visa Pro saved my vacation! This expediter is part of a special group that has clearance to hand carry a passport renewal into the agency. Their customer service is outstanding. This was a classic example of under promise and over deliver. They promised to process my passport renewal within four weeks. Yet they completed it in one week. Special thanks to Marriane my rep who was extremely helpful. I just received my new passport book from FedEx - (who will charge you $900 to expedite a passport renewal.) Travel Visa Pro is about half the cost. Worth every dollar for the peace of mind. I have a law degree so I did my due diligence. Most of all they treat the customer with respect. Every rep I spoke to was highly trained, very kind, and almost no hold time. This company knows time is of the essence where every minute counts. I won't do business with anyone else. Thanks to them I'm heading on my trip to Mexico! read more

I recently had the pleasure of dealing with Travel Visa Pro. I found everyone to be polite and very professional. I highly recommend this company. read more

I needed to renew my 5 year Indian Visa for an upcoming trip in January. I used Travel Visa Pro and upgraded to their Concierge Service. I believed that they were experts in dealing with the Indian Consulate and that I would have no trouble getting my 5 year visa renewal using their Concierge service. I paid Travel Visa Pro over $600 for their fee and consulate fees. Today I received my passport from them and was dismayed to see that I got only a 1 year Visa. I received no communication from Travel Visa Pro that there was an issue getting a 5 year Visa. When I sent them an email about my dissatisfaction I received a rude email back from the owner Kestutis Gregeris . This guy has never heard the words Called Customer Service. Now I have $600 1 year visa and will have to re-do this process again in less than a year. I am not sure how they perform with other countries Visas.... But the clearly are not the right service for an Indian Visa. Use them at your own risk and definitely DO NOT.. waste money on their useless concierge service. read more

I was skeptical at first using this process but I'm glad I did. My handler did an excellent job communicating through the process and providing me with timely feedback. No complaints, money well spent!!!!! read more

Professional, timely, courteous. They kept me well informed throughout the process which was slightly delayed due to COVID impact at various agencies; but they helped navigate. I would recommend completely. read more

Walked in and was completely ignored. A lady in the back office raised her finger as if to say one second but as I watched her walk around, chatting it up and laughing that I understood I was in the wrong place. There was no plan to help me or even walk from the back to speak with me. They must get so much business that they don't need another customer. You only have a business if you have customers. Today they have one less. There is another review saying the same thing. I should have listened to it. read more

Kestutis G. contacted me directly to apologize and better explain their processes. He also offered to refund some unnecessary charges I incurred due to the confusion at their office. I appreciate the attention and desire to rectify the transaction. read more

I was experiencing many headaches trying to figure out how to obtain a Russian tourist visa without spending too much money and wasting too much time. Learning about Travel Visa Pro from an online article was such a relief. Their efficient service and excellent communication made a confusing and somewhat stressful process so much easier. After placing my order, I received timely status updates that were reassuring and much appreciated. I would recommend Travel Visa Pro without hesitation to anyone who needs visa/passport assistance. read more

We used Travel Visa Pro for several Brazilian visas this year. Sugeila has processed a business visa, a tourist visa, a World Cup visa, and 3 resident visas for my family, all efficiently, quickly, and successfully. Sugeila's constant communication and attention to detail helped the process go smoothly and I cannot thank her and Travel Visa Pro enough for their fantastic services for my family! If ever we need another visa processed for any reason, I will go straight to Sugeila. read more

If I could rate 0 stars I would. We walked into this building after circling and finding NO parking, to only get rude service. The employee, who was a blonde foreigner male, stood far away from us, and didn't welcome us in. I told him we were trying to get our passports and he said that he was busy and it was by appointment only. Mind you, the place was empty. After asking him what forms we needed, he mentioned he could complete everything there for an additional fee, which my boyfriend and I accepted, and once we presented our birth certificates, he said he didn't have time. We are going somewhere else. read more

We didn't get our visa through the TX office. However, there was a problem with our visa and the manager Saheila went above and beyond to make sure we get our visa in hands. She is professional and informative. Thanks again! read more

Very friendly. Visas to Nigeria came real quick. Parking is validated. Building is secured.

I used VisaPro in Houstonto renew my passport. While the old passport was in their keeping it went missing. They claimed loss but I feel certain it was stolen. I didn't learn of the loss for two weeks. They are required by law to notify the FBI of a lost passport immediately. This did not happen until they reapplied for my new passport some weeks later. This puts me in a vulnerable situation. I now have the new passport but I'm wondering what has happened with the old one My warning. Don't use this agency. EPD read more

I used their services 3 or 4 times to obtain a visa to Russia and every time they delivered an outstanding service! The process is very smooth and I always get my visa done in a timely manner. Andrey is the one who takes care of my documents and he is always extremely professional, responsible and responsive. I would highly recommend them (especially since the official Russian site about visas is a complete mess, as well as their customer service) read more

I needed a 1 month tourist visa for vacation in Russia. My trip was on 10/5/2011, and I applied for the visa with Travel Visa Pro on 9/13/2011. The quoted price was : Consular Fee: $160.00, Service Fee: $39.00, FedEx overnight to return docs $20.00, Total $219. I completed their instructions and mailed them my docs and passport. I requested 10 day service. They received my docs on 9/15, and I had my completed visa back in-hand by 9/26. I found their instructions clear and convenient. I had no problems with the visa during my travel. So, my experience with this company was great! You can get this visa yourself, but the Houston consular fee is $140, the "tourist confirmation letter" you need is ~$40, and all docs must be presented at the consulate in person! The extra $40 I paid to TVP was well worth it. read more

Travel Visa Pro is the real deal. We were skeptical, but had no other choice but to give them a shot when my son needed a passport last minute. He sent in all the required paperwork and there was a glitch! The birth certificate was not the correct form that the passport office requires. Sugeila in the Houston office was very kind, helpful and patient when explaining how to rectify the situation. I personally took the correct document to her office and met her. There are real people working diligently to get you your passport in a timely fashion (I don't know how else it would get done, but actually seeing them sorting through stacks of FedEx boxes and documents made it real for some reason). She did her best to help my son get his passport on time and calmed his frazzled nerves in the process. Sugeila was an expert and truly wanted to help. Outcome - passport obtained when promised after we did our part correctly. You could plan ahead and save yourself the stress - or use Travel Visa Pro. :) read more

Travel Visa Pro was able to get my passport renewed within one day! I needed it immediately for an international trip and they took care of this for me. I couldn't have asked for better service. I realized I needed this done on a Friday night and they stayed in touch with me all weekend and gave instructions to get the passport renewal information sent on Saturday. By end of day Monday they had my passport and they sent it via overnight service. They saved my plans and I couldn't be happier with them! I highly recommend that you use this service. They are dependable and really care that you get your documents on time! read more

I live in a different state whose residents must use a Consulate that is in Houston. Also, that Consulate does not accept mail-in applications for the visa. I chose Travel Visa Pro because it looked fairly close to the Consulate on an internet map and had been on that Consulate's approved list. I couldn't be happier!!! My passport WITH necessary visa was returned within 6 business days with no errors and no glitches. read more

This group was fantastic! I found out on a Saturday that I had forgotten to get a Russian visa and my trip was leaving in 8 days. My travel company was not open on the weekend. Then I found Travel Visa Pro on line. That same day I spoke with Joye (who was a joy) and she guided me through each step that I needed to do. She helped me complete the visa form (it's confusing) and gave me comfort that all would be well. The web site allows you to create an ID and PW so that you can track the process. The site said that the visa would be sent in 48 hours. AND it was!! What a relief!! I would recommend this group to anyone. read more

TVP was simply fantastic. I needed a passport for my child within a few days. Initially, I was wary because I generally do not trust organisations that I see online but I have not tried out or know anyone that has. Still I decided to give TVP a shot and they simply 'wowed' me. They delivered as promised. In fact they advised me on which Post Office in Houston to go to that did not require an appointment... I would definitely recommend TVP to anyone that needs a passport and in record time too. read more

This is late but better late than never. I was going to China with my niece in March 2014 and I did not want to have the same horrible experience that my husband had last year when he applied for a visa to Brazil. I read up on travel visa services and Travel Visa Pro came up second out of the 7 that were reviewed. I had to call for information and then I ended up having problems filling out the forms on line. I spoke with someone in New York twice and she was very helpful. Early one morning, I called because I was still having problems filling out the forms. Kestutis was very pleasant and he gave me explicit directions. I got my multiple entry visa for China good for one year in a matter of 7 days. Needless to say, I was elated. I used to apply for my visa myself but the great experience gave me an incentive to use Visa Travel Pro regularly. You guys did an excellent job. I have recommended you to friends and relatives. My niece who traveled to China with me used your San Francisco office and she was very impressed. Thank you so much. read more
