We did 4 nights in Turks and Caicos, 5 nights in the Bahamas and then another 4 nights in Jamaica. Let me start off by saying traveling during covid is no joke. There are requirements before entering every country and Visas and health forms you need to fill out. Phyllis made it so easy for my husband and I to know exactly what is required and when to start the process of applying for visas and when to take our required covid tests. She not only booked and organized the hotel and excursions but checked up on us frequently to make sure everything was running smoothly and to double check that we started the process to get to the next location. We did have some issues arise with one of our hotels and Phyllis was on top of the entire situation and made sure everything was to our satisfaction. Phyllis, Nate and I wouldn't of had a honeymoon even close to what we had without you and for that I'm forever thankful! When I received my final travel itinerary in the mail, the flight had changed, and the agent seemed to be unaware of the major changes to my flight details. The changes meant that I would have to pay more money, after I had paid $2100 for the entire trip. She blamed the vendor saying that it was their fault, however, she didn't maintain any contact with them to ensure that my details stayed the same. She apologized, however, she offered no type of resolution. The only thing she told me was that I would have to pay more money out of pocket. I lost my flight fare which was $800. She didn't care. She was not accountable for anything, only shifted the blame to the 'vendor'. she offered me nothing. Don't use her, she doesn't keep in touch with the 'vendors' to ensure that accommodations can be kept. all I got was an apology, and I was still out of $800.

Visited this location with hopes of getting help from a specialist. I provided the rep all my…read moretravel plans. I followed up a few days later and she was just pulling up the rates. The only thing she quoted me was for that day. The most shocking thing she was "proud to say that the rates were from that day". It takes a lot for a customer to walk into a business. I think with all the tools and technology out there, a business would at least try to keep and service a customer. I must have picked the worst rep. I will never go back to this travel agency.
