However, I dropped off several USPS and FedEx shipments (6-7 items I was selling) and apparently they do not scan in packages at this facility. I should have just left right then since I definitely wanted a receipt. Days later, and the labels still have not been scanned in. It didn't help that the employees kept looking at each other like they had no idea why I was bothering them. Like I was wasting their time. Please NEVER EVER go to this store!!! The store owners are unprofessional and dishonest. They doubled charged me! They do not have a price list anywhere in the store. The male owner told me it costs $125 for FBI background check. But he then charged me again for each step during the process and added a $5.99 service fee at every step. I ended up paying double (I noticed this only after I got home). When I called the owner, he simply lied and denied everything. I then looked at online reviews, it turned out that the store owners cheated on and ripped off customers whenever they could. DO NOT LET THEM BAG YOUR FREE RETURNS! If you have a free return to send out and go here make sure you have the package already ready. They will charge you $4.99 just for a service fee. Which basically is them putting your free return into a bag and placing your free label on the package. They do not tell you about this charge until they've already done it. Two weeks ago I dropped a package, with a pre-paid label, off to be delivered through USPS. They claim that the mail is picked up twice a day from their location and is taken to the Pin Oak post office directly behind the shopping center of this place. I dropped the package off on a Thursday. It didn't show up in the postal service's tracking system until Saturday and was scanned in at a post office in North Houston. I figured this was a one-off situation as I've been to this location several times before. This past Wednesday I dropped off another package with a pre-paid label on it. The package still has not shown up in the USPS tracking system. Someone's either upset because they're not making money off of my packages because they come with pre-paid labels or they're just outright stealing. Whatever the case is, if you're not planning on actually spending money with this company to ship a package, don't expect your packages to be delivered. read more

This place has a very friendly staff who will help you choose the right way to ship your packages according to your preference.
