Instead of fighting the notorious Houston traffic, I decided to pay $3.25 each way for the Park & Ride service. The trip took about 45 minutes each way. It was worth the money and time, I was chilling with my MP3 music on the bus. I got off the bus fresh, relax, and migraine free both ways. Safety was not an issue since there was so many riders at the station even at 6:30 a.m. The only complaint I got was that the seat was a little on the hard side. Definitely will take the Park & Ride again.

DO NOT USE!!! If I could give 0 stars I would. We had rented a party bus from this company for my…read moreson's 16th birthday to take him and some friends downtown to dinner and a concert. The driver was supposed to pick us up from our home at 5 PM. The driver never showed up and the owner called me to tell me he had entered the time wrong for the reservation. He had accidentally entered it at 8 PM. I am not unreasonable and I understand mistakes happen. When the owner and I were speaking on the phone, he told me he would refund half of my money because of the MAJOR inconvenience - because instead of the bus picking us up at our home and my sons friends up at their homes, I had to drive to pick up all of his friends and then go meet the bus over an hour away. We did not get on the bus until 6:45 PM. The rest of the evening was OK with the exception that we missed our reservation and then the driver was not in the designated spot for pick up after the concert at the Toyota center. We had to walk around for nearly 15/20 minutes looking for him. As I stated, I would not have even gone through with the reservation had the owner not told me he was going to refund half of the trip for my inconvenience. Not to mention I had to take two hours out of my day the following day to go back to pick up my car that I had to leave in the parking lot where we met the bus. The night was a disaster. But to add insult to injury, the owner said he would send me $100 gift card to use their service in the future. No, thank you. I wanted him to be a man of his word and refund half of the trip like he told me he would do. So disappointed.

You know they are going to be there when you walk out. Living in Katy, it's hard to find an uber or Lyft in the evening or at night coming back from IAH. Recently, my wife got dropped 6 times in an hour trying to get both a Lyft and Uber. I finally drove out at 8pm to pick her up. Price - reasonable. They compare to Lyft or Uber Black. Last Lyft to/from IAH was right at $100 each way (not Black service) or $200+tip. Return ride for me, late in the evening and had to wait 30 mins to finally get picked up. Lots of frustration. With AWR, it's a bit more expensive, but door to door service and guaranteed to be there. What is peace of mind worth. Great cars. This trip, very new Mercedes electric. Nice. Way nicer than Black Service from the other two. Easy to schedule online a day out or weeks out.

Updated Review:…read more Initially, I left a negative review due to issues with communication and professionalism. The company later addressed those concerns, and I agreed to update my review and rating accordingly. I rented a Rolls-Royce Ghost for my wedding on Friday night, and the service itself went smoothly. However, by Saturday morning--still during my wedding weekend--I began receiving persistent messages from the company pressuring me to change my review immediately. I informed a representative that I intended to update it by the end of the weekend, but despite this, I was met with unprofessional and increasingly aggressive behavior. Most concerning of all, I was threatened by the driver, which made me feel extremely uncomfortable and unsafe. The situation escalated to a point where I've seriously considered contacting the authorities. Because of this experience, I cannot recommend this company. While the car was beautiful, the harassment and threatening behavior I endured afterward were completely unacceptable.
