Our family just returned from a dream vacation to Italy, thanks to Tommaso and his Trips2Italy…read moreteam. In addition to our having the most magnificent weather in early October, we stayed at the most beautiful, convenient, and luxurious hotels in four different cities. The people we met along the way, the tour guides, and everyone we encountered could not have been nicer and more . The special touches made this vacation one we will never ever forget. Tommaso offered so many excellent suggestions and considered our personal preferences when designing this " adventure". There were highlights in every city, from the food tour in Rome, to the pasta making + dinner in Florence, to the glass blowing factory in Murano, to the Ferrari Museum and F1 simulator, and on and on. And of course the tours and the excellent guides were A+++. My family cannot say enough about the magical experience we had, so much of which was thanks to the impeccable planning and detail provided by Trips2Italy. I cannot say enough about this experience and would recommend Tommaso and his team without reservation for making your trip to Italy one of a lifetime! Sandy

Natalie guided us through the creation of our perfect itinerary (4 nights each in Rome and Venice), which was executed flawlessly. Maria followed up with us as our vacation approached, ensuring we had everything in place. Tomasso tied everything together by answering all our questions during our final meeting prior to departure. Best of all, each of the vendors they partnered with fulfilled their commitments and ensured we had the best experience possible. This experience far exceeded our expectations and we will not hesitate to use Trips2Italy in the future. In fact, as I write this review, my wife and I are already mapping out our next Italian adventure. Our only regret is that we did not allow for more time in Rome, but our next trip will compensate as we are wanting to do 4 more nights in Rome and 5 nights on the Amalfi Coast. Time to start planning! Thank you to the enitre Trips2Italy team for an unforgettable experience.

After nearly three days the Wi-Fi was repaired and some larger pots, skillets and a colander were supplied. We still had no smaller items for cooking, no iron, no ironing board. I wrote the host that it wasn't a matter of a single problem, but rather the pattern that indicated the apartment had not been ready for us when we arrived. I added that our experience would be reflected in our evaluation. She responded by stating that this "caused a problem" for them and unilaterally rewriting the contract to indicate that we would have to leave the following day, She provided only a partial refund. I spoke with several different people at VRBO customer service. Fernando and Angela were especially helpful, explaining that we had not broken any house rules, that we could not be evicted, and that the host could not rewrite the contract without my approval. I explained this to the host, who repeated sent emails, purporting to be from VRBO itself, rather than from the host telling us we had to leave. After we left, she sent 10 emails demanding payment of $3,028, then $3,178, then cancelling request, requesting $3,028, $1,408, cancelling these, sending others demanding payment for cleaning and others, then cancelling these. Our two week vacation was ruined by three days in an apartment that was not as advertised, a contract broken by the host, then harassing emails and eviction.
