Jacqlyne planned a trip to Nairobi and Diani Beach for myself and two of my friends. She was very attentive, professional and extremely responsive. Even when she would be on vacation herself she would still respond in a timely manner. Her planning was spot on for us to do all the activities we wanted to do. She booked all our accommodations.
