The beds were comfortable, and the quiet atmosphere made it easy to relax. The complimentary made‑to‑order breakfast is a standout feature. The omelets were fresh and delicious, and the buffet offered plenty of variety. All of the staff members were consistently friendly, attentive, and eager to help. Whether it was a quick question at the front desk or a request from housekeeping, every interaction was polite and professional. There were three women in particular who were the kindest. One at the front desk and two staff member in the dining who passed out a flowers to all the mothers for Mother's Day and wished all mothers a happy Mother's Day. I hope their day went just as well as they made everyone else's. The location is ideal--close to the Energy Corridor, major highways, and plenty of dining options. Parking was easy, and the property felt safe and well maintained. Overall, I would absolutely stay here again.

I recently visited the Embassy Suites by Hilton Houston Energy Corridor for a 50th wedding…read moreanniversary celebration. Yesterday was my first time visiting an Embassy Suites property though I'm quite familiar with the upscale lodging brand. Given its amazing exterior, I knew the inside was going to be as close to stunning. Sure enough, my expectations about Embassy Suites were met. Finding a spot in its adjacent parking garage, which it shares with a few office buildings, wasn't difficult. When we entered the hotel, a gentlemanly employee held the door for our group. Everything appears to be modern, spacious and well kept. Those three adjectives even apply to the restroom. The hotel did exceptional when it comes to the food the guests and I consumed. We tided ourselves over during the supposed cocktail hour with a decent setup that included pita chips, bread, hummus and fruit. Dinner was worth the wait as we were treated to a delicious buffet consisting of spinach salad, stir fried peas and carrots, rice, teriyaki glazed mahi mahi, grilled pineapple chicken and sweet and sour pork cutlet. There was vanilla ice cream and cheesecake for dessert in addition to a coffee and tea station. Before I left, I went downstairs to check out the onsite bar, which had the A&M-LSU game on. I didn't order anything, but I noticed it was quite the place for people to gather at. The rating is four stars because I can't really opine on the experience of staying here, but I assume that those from out of town with business to conduct in the Energy Corridor or surrounding areas have this Embassy Suites on their list of places to hit the hay at.

The room was clean and spacious, which I really appreciated. Although I don't play basketball, they had an impressive court. They also have a nicely equipped fitness center. Complimentary breakfast is served from 7-10am and includes a good variety of options. There were plenty of dining tables, so seating wasn't an issue. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend!

Desk was huge for those who combine work with leisure.

Another FLOCK Camera location to monitor, record, store and share your stay, vehicle, duration with…read moreanyone on the FLOCK system - anywhere in the world. I am a Diamond with Hilton, and had I known that their parking lot was equipped with these privately held FLOCK systems, I would NOT have stayed. One has to question the reason for FLOCK - is it a bad neighborhood they need to deter and record? (then I would not want my family there) - is it to store our car information, time in and out, and then sell it to others? ( then I would not want to be a part of that) - How long do they keep the videos? Is the videos kept by FLOCK (to combine with the other FLOCK cameras to know where I travel and when, to sell to anyone? Why does a small hotel need to have FLOCK? I am uncomfortable with the security, who has access, how long they keep video and information? Is it held indefinitely by FLOCK? Who does the hotel give that information access to? No, FLOCK is not a deterrent when someone can walk in from another parking lot or use a stolen license plate - There is no opt out for the hotel, no access or reporting by the hotel, and there is no way to know how long they keep our information on file, and who they sell it to. Since there are countless cases of misuse of infromation by others accessing FLOCK - and bad actors hacking into systems, this is another layer of having our information stolen, sold, used, and abused - and will always leave a 1 star for any private owners - Hotel was within standards and we seek out Hilton - but not with FLOCK systems.

They even opened up their breakfast early for us to accommodate the crazy early competition schedule. The rooms were spacious and beds were comfortable. A mishap occurred during our stay where there was water pipe leak. The team did their best to work around the situation. It was not the hotel's fault and I felt sorry the staff had to deal with so much disgruntled guests who were not as understanding of the situation. I commend them for quickly turning the situation around to trying to make our stay pleasant. I could visibly see that they were all exhausted but did their best to resolve the situation. They even comped us for the inconvenience afterwards and was contacted directly by their Director of Sales. That's great business ethics and what more can we ask for. We highly recommend The Home2 Suites By Hilton - Houston Energy Corridor, TX. We've stayed in other hotels in Houston in the past during our robotics competitions, and this hotel is the most accommodating, with friendly staff and comfortable, affordable, and spacious rooms. This hotel would be our top pick in the future. If this mishap did not occur, I am sure the guests would agree on the overall service and cleanliness of the hotel was stellar.

I would say that you will want a sound machine (we bring one everywhere we go), because those plane noises are no joke. But with a sound machine, you'll be fine. The shuttle to the airport was quick and easy. Made our airport stress disappear by staying at this hotel. One complaint is the lobby snack area, they need a better method of paying for those items. When a bunch of people are checking in and one person is working the desk and you just want to pay for a few snacks. The 30 min wait is awful.

Unfortunately, the experience we expected from this boat tour did not occur…read more Our tour was scheduled to depart at 3:00 PM; however, our captain and tour guide arrived late, which is documented through text messages. In addition, severe weather conditions developed, including heavy rain, thunderstorms, and lightning. Due to these unsafe conditions, we did not feel comfortable proceeding with the tour and communicated our concerns to both crew member Alexia and Captain Jason. Alexia stated that they do not typically operate the barge in weather conditions such as these. She also contacted her manager, Conner, who initially offered us the option to reschedule for a later time or another day. We explained that this was not a reasonable solution, as we were visiting Houston from out of state and would not be able to return at a later date. After spending approximately an hour and a half discussing the situation and expressing our safety concerns, Manager Conner ultimately provided us with a gift card instead of issuing a refund. Throughout these discussions, certain statements regarding a refund were made and later retracted. Because we do not live in Houston and are unlikely to return in the foreseeable future, the gift card holds no value to us. We are respectfully requesting a full refund to the original payment method for a service that we were unable to use due to unsafe weather conditions. We believe this is a fair and reasonable resolution, particularly because rescheduling was not a practical option for out-of-state visitors. Additionally, we have substantial evidence documenting the events that occurred, including communications regarding the delay, the hour and a half spent attempting to resolve the matter during what was intended to be a celebration for a bride-to-be, and evidence showing that staff members viewed and interacted with our social media accounts following this incident in a manner that we believe was inappropriate and concerning. We appreciate your prompt attention to this matter and look forward to receiving confirmation that a full refund has been issued to the original payment method.
