The gentleman who answered the phone was polite and helpful. He quoted me a flat rate to Hobby Airport after verifying how many passengers and what kind of car I would be needing. Since I was indecisive at that moment, I asked if I could call back. He said I could call back when I needed a ride, and to give him a 20 minute notice. I decided to utilize the service so I called back at 7:00am and the driver arrived at 7:15am. The driver brought a Square Card Reader attached to a mobile phone for quick and easy credit card payments on the spot (receipts will be emailed to you). He handed me his business card. The driver was professional, neatly dressed, and courteous. I would use their service again, whether I'm in a pinch or not, since I was given prompt service, a very nice and clean car with a comfortable leather interior, and a safe driver.
