The ride to the rodeo was on time and great. The ride back showed up an hour late! Was scheduled to return at 6:45. I understand traffic can cause some problems, but I checked my map app and didn't see a reason for the extreme delay. This needs to be addressed. Was not happy to stand there for well over an hour and have three buses drop off from the Woodlands but not take us back. read more

I am so thankful for Sherry and Nicole at First Class Tours! We always use the park-and-ride service from The Woodlands to the rodeo because it's clean, comfortable, and makes for a relaxing evening. While reviewing our plans with my sister, she realized that Post Malone doesn't start until 9 PM. I had mistakenly mixed up the weekday and weekend concert schedules and had us returning home on the 9 PM bus. Slightly panicked, I called to change our ride times. Sherry informed me that all the return buses were full, but Nicole was working on the schedule to add more buses, and she would get back to me. People often say, "I will get back to you," but you usually have to keep calling for updates. Not this time! horrible!!!!!!! rode for one hour - and the A/C was broke. It was so hot and i felt like i was going to pass out on the bus- babies and women were on the verge of vomiting from the heat. i got off the bus and told driver to please dont allow passengers. his bus was broke!!!!! it was a terrible experience - bad look for sawdust park and ride and woodlands express! read more

the drivers were great but why go through DT Houston when there was an easier route to take from the Woodland. also becareful when leaving and arriving from the bus. there is a big step that is not noticeable nor any signs warning you. my wife tripped and fell hitting the ground hard. she bruised her knee. So im over here with dead airpods, i try to plug my airpods in & the whole outlit doesn't work. If you are a musichead then you know how painful it is to be on a 4 hour drive with NO TUNES. Because of this my experience on this charter bus has been greatly ruined. Not only that but i have a phone to charge too currently typing this at 41% while there is still 3 hours left on my trip. Im not the only one with a broken outlet either. Everyone on the back half on the bus also have broken chargers. I booked a day trip to L'auberge for a group of 18. I chose First Class Tours over Greatland Tours solely off of phone etiquette and customer service. The front desk ladies answered all my questions and offered to walk me through the online purchasing process. Oh yea, you can book your tickets online! (A+ for me!) Checking in was simple and straight forward. Although, I confirmed 3 times to sit out party together, and they assured me so, but we ended up being dispersed throughout the bus with other passengers. However, I'm only giving 3 stars because the bus is not well kept. I'm not saying I was expecting a luxury charter, but the fixtures were falling off, seats were dirty, it smelled strong of urine, and the DVD player needed updating. Also, our driver didn't greet us when boarding (to and from the casino). He had this stoic face that gave you the impression he hated his job and all people around him. Will I return? Despite good front desk service I probably would not, I'd pay a little extra for a more comfortable ride with a friendlier driver. read more

I booked First Class Tours for a corporate trip around the Houston/Woodlands area. Bringing a group of 20 to different spots, we reserved a private bus that could hold up to 25, so it fit us all comfortably. The rep I worked with, Chelsea, was incredibly friendly and helpful in getting our trip set up, and was amenable as we finalized our itinerary up until the last possible minute. Our driver arrived at our pick-up location early, which was a great sign, and he was wonderful. He was completely patient and cooperative when the team decided to add a stop while we were already on our route, and he was waiting with a smile every time we got back on the bus to go to our next location. The cherry on top of such an easy experience was a hand-written note I received from the President of the company, Jeff Rogers, upon my return to my office. If it wasn't evident before, this note solidified that this company truly cares about its customers. read more

Our annual high school choir tour, comprised of 65+ students and 12 chaperones, this past weekend (April 5-9) was seamlessly handled by First Class Tours. The initial phone conversations I had with the Sales Rep, Frede Smith, were incredibly friendly and informational. In fact, the reason I chose First Class Tours over other bus companies in Houston was because of the customer service I received over the phone. He provided tons of Houston travel tips, and gave valuable recommendations on areas to visit and places to eat for 80 travelers. We were met at Hobby Airport on time by two clean and well maintained motor coaches. Our two drivers were super friendly and helpful with luggage. A HUGE shout out to Kendrick our driver - Awesome! He was extremely good with the kids and was very accommodating to our needs, and changes in plans due to weather, over the 5 days with him. First Class Tours provided services for a corporate event. First off, let us give praise to the driver who was courteous and respectful, however, the reason for the one star was the poor quality of the vehicle that was provided. The rear bench seat still had remnants of food from the previous customer and had to be wiped down. The air condition had to continue to be adjusted and heat was coming in on the left side of the floor of the bus. The two hour ride was horrible due to the rattling noises inside and the lack of shocks on the vehicle, which caused an uncomfortable, jarring, bouncy ride the entire trip. Granted the back of the bus would be "bumpier", however, moving to the front only improved slightly. We reached out to the sales rep via email as an FYI because there was nothing they could have done once the trip was under way, but believed they needed to be aware of the poor condition of the bus ride, and have not received a response. Suggest that you do research before considering First Class Tours for small party bus rental. read more

My husband and I used this service to take a day trip to lauberge casino. The ride to the casino was fine, however the 1st movie the driver played was outdated and the 2nd was completely inappropriate. He kept taking his foot off and on the gas which made the bus move in a rocking motion. We did make it there right on time. As we were getting ready to return back home,the bus driver rudely attacked another passenger threatening to call security for a cooler she brought on the bus. Apparently it contained alcohol, no one was aware that alcohol wasn't allowed. He must have went through her things while she was in the casino. I think that situating could have been handled better. It was clear that the other passenger didn't know that alcohol wasn't allowed. My suggestion to the owners is get updated movies, offer free WiFi on the bus, get charge stations on the bus. We live in a digital world and it would make long trips much more pleasant if an individual doesn't have to worry about their phone battery dying. And announce that alcohol isn't allowed on the bus before the bus leaves the Houston office. Oh I Forgot to mention we didn't have a movie on the way back because the driver couldn't figure out how to work the DVD player. And the bus was hot, no lights down the Hall so passengers could walk safely to the restroom. read more
