There was a short delay as they were experiencing somewhat heavy customer demand and they were unable to come immediately, but they did come and pick me up and deliver me to my residence ... This after I had waited at Wendy's on Dowlen Road in Beaumont over 2 1/2 hours waiting on a bus to come and pick up passengers. Thank you La Uno for your great service ... !~

No meter or any kind of indication of how the rate was being charged on their website on the taxi vehicles or over the phone. Found out that they also charged me the 45 mins of finding me due to their mistake and they do a rate of $100 per hour. I would not recommend this service unless you are in a bind and willing to breakout the wallet big time. Also they don't take credit card so you'd need to make sure you have cash.
