This Home Depot is the worst. From management specially. I found items at a price and them manager decideds to say "ohh, someone made a mistake or moveit" when the price is attached to the item and you can't move.. also rude when talking to you. On the curbside pickup, so far I arrived at 4:50pm by 5:15 I call the store and no answer. I went to my local home Depot to see if anyone can assist me with organization for my bedroom closet in my kitchen pantry. They told me that they do not offer these services here in this area. A few days later I decide to call a location in the Houston area. That location stated to me that they do offer these service and someone will be able to give me a consultation. At that time while I was on the phone with them I decided to also drive to my local Home Depot, while I was on the phone with them. And I explained to the the local location that I'm on the phone with your Houston working they stated that they can actually have somebody to come out to do a consultation with me. Once we got that taken care of and resolved with a appointment schedule. A few days later a gentleman called. Which is the man that is supposed to be doing my consultation. Wanting to change my appointment time to make it more convenient for him. Due to him having to drive all the way from Houston to where I'm at. I stated to him that I had to take off of work that day due to that original appointment time. He stated that he will have to reschedule due due to the appointment is so late in the evening that he will be making it home really late. We ended up rescheduling for a weekend that was very inconvenient for me but I accepted the new schedule and rearranged my other commitments. The evening before my appointment I receive a phone call from someone else the stating that the gentleman that was supposed to come to my home the next day will have to cancel the appointment due to some family emergency. But that gentleman never gave me another option. And or never suggested that anyone else will come out to replace him. Till this day I still have not heard from anyone. I really feel like this is very poor customer service. And also a bad representative for Home Depot. For no one to reach out to me. I'm assuming they do not want the service. I do recommend that if for future reference they will have better representation and better customer service. read more

I absolutely loved Home Depot when I was younger and had full use of my legs. Now that I have difficulty walking, I still love Home Depot, I just wish they had more and better Mobility Scooters for us seniors with walking/standing issues. This location is horrible for in store pick ups, doesn't matter if you get an email confirming the order is ready, you show up and have to wait in the line, 5-15 minutes, and the. Once you get to counter you have to ask them about your order and then they have to call someone to go pick out all the stuff, I literally could've went and got all the stuff myself, point in ordering ahead so it's ready for pick up, this has happened every time I get a pick up order. This is horrible, no point in ordering online might as well go in and get your stuff yourself. read more

Bought a brand new lawn mower with the extended 2 year warranty. Had the mower for about 9 months and it wouldn't crank. So I brought the mower back to exchange it. The lady at the customer service department made every excuse in the book to not exchange the mower. Needless to say I'll take my broke mower and money elsewhere from here on out. Do not for ANY reason order cabinets from home depot! Worst experience ever! This is a HORRIBLE business who cares nothing for their customers. I ordered cabinets with a lead time of 2 to 4 weeks. Expecting them to be ready for pickup on April 29th i was worried when i recieved NO INFORMATION on pickup times. After calling the store and then having to call the vendor myself i find out they will not even be shipped for another MONTH but i was never notified by ANYONE that these cabinets were delayed. Home depot took ZERO responsibility and blamed the vendor for not contacting me when the vendor does not have my personal information and i did not order these cabinets from the vendor i ordered them through home depot. It is 100% home depots responsibility to alert their customers about their orders which they failed to do. Home depot is an absolute joke and i will NEVER do business with them again. I want to recommend this Beaumont, TX Home Depot! I received such helpful, friendly service throughout my visit! I went in the wrong door to get a shopping cart, so I asked a woman wearing the HD apron where I would find them. She offered to get one for me, and then she wiped it down with a sanitizing wipe! A was looking for moving boxes, and a young man stopped what he was doing to walk me to the proper location. Lastly, I needed an item I couldn't find and another young man approached me and asked what I was looking for. When I told him, he walked me outside to the Garden Center to get it for me. I've seen some doozies in my life, but this Home Depot wins the prize. Half the store looked like the place was going out of business with messed up half-stocked shelves. The rest was just dirty. I needed some wire, could not find anyone at all. I went to the flooring center to ask the associate if she could page someone to the wire cutting area, and she looked at me like I called her a dirty name. I waited around for 15 min after the page and none showed up. I saw several associated staging around jabber jawing with empty boxes in their hands to look like they were doing something, but no one would help. I left and will never be back. read more

As a military member home on leave to help family recover from Imelda flooding, time was limited putting things in place to get repairs completed. I chose Home Depot so I can easily reach back since I am out of state. I want to give Kiffany who helped with my flooring replacement order and Jackie with excellent customer service by phone. In the Penske rental area of the Returns counter, Heather made my day. I came in to return my one-way-trip Penske truck, and handed her paperwork that had been erroneously filled out in Fort Worth, saying that my truck had already been returned and paid for. In the middle of my moving process, I was already tired and at the end of my patience, but Heather immediately took the problem on herself and carried me through. She gave such excellent customer service, I was relieved and actually had a good time waiting over 90 minutes to return my truck and check out another one-way truck to complete my move. This is without a doubt, one of the worst place to shop! I was waiting for a pallet of concrete to be loaded, which took these people over an hour by the way, when I saw a 60 yr old women loading concrete by herself. She asked for help, but the people working there said, "they had to wait for the forklift to load me first." So I got out and loaded 15 bags of concrete for her. I was so freaken mad, not because I loaded the concrete for this lady, but because these worthless workers could care less about the lady. They just watched me load the concrete and didn't even help. Made a big mistake and purchased an expensive high-tech fridge 2.5 years ago at this store. It is beautiful and we were promised the world when they sold us the extended warranty. We were told if anything goes wrong, "we take care of it". We were promised massive support and ease in the event something goes wrong. Well, 2.5 years later, our PAID OFF fridge has died. We called on a Saturday morning and even called the number the sales lady underlined on our original paperwork if we ever needed help with it. We were told someone would be out 3 days later on Tuesday. NOPE. We got a call on Monday telling us the guy will not be coming out but will "order a part". Really? You're going to order a part before diagnosing the problem? Then we were told Monday that he would be coming out Thursday or Friday now to see if that part will work. Well it's Wednesday evening and NO CALL! My husband and I work fulltime so how am I supposed to be there tomorrow if he plans to come then? We were told if it wasn't the correct part that it would be another week before this repair guy could come out. Well, good to know Home Depot has nothing to do with it. They hire some low-budget repair guy who "doesn't work Saturdays". This along with the huge amount of food we had to throw away is just ridiculous. Where's this great warranty now? We are going on day 6 now and have no working fridge, no call and no idea when we will have any resolve. I have 4 kids at home and this is just incredibly unacceptable. I've been shopping at this store for over four years. I have had less than perfect service three times, three out of my last four visits the employees were less than professional. I'm going to stick to the positive. Three minor issues in four years. That's a great track record. I've tried calling the store at different times. This store is almost an hour drive for me.
