I normally don't support big box stores, but after shopping at Parker's, I understand why people…read moredon't go there. Their customer service is nonexistent and the management is the worst of the worst. This store sold me lumber with mold on it on more than one occasion. I have spent months trying to contact them to get help. The manager will absolutely not answer the phone and return phone calls. The general manager at the store is the most unhelpful, unpleasant, and unprofessional person I've ever dealt with. I found out directly from a Parker's employee that this Parker's location has been selling old lumber for a long time now, and the employees are aware of it. He stated that the lumber is not kept dry out back. Be very careful shopping at this location and make sure to inspect every board that you get. It's unfortunate that Ken Parker is not running this company anymore because it was not run like this when he was in charge.

However, if you've *never* been in a BBB store, let me break this down for you: They. Have. Everything. There's a reason women register at Bed, Bath, and Beyond when they are getting married. They have everything for your home, and it's nearly always great quality! Stuff for the bedroom, the bathroom, the kitchen, the dining room, and the dorm room. They have stylish decor and top notch appliance brands. I saw luggage when I was in there, and Dyson vacuums. China. They have China! (Not the country; that fancy dinnerware that brides register for, but then never eat off because that special occasion just hasn't come around yet.) They also have a really good selection of seasonal items, gifts, and trial size products. Aside from furniture, I've seen pretty much everything in this store. The coupon is legit, not expired not a copy, not tampered with. Britney and Lynn ( managers) has a lot of questions; where did I get the coupon, etc. I told them I'm going to make a complaint with the BBB, call the corporate office and make a negative report on Yelp. Lynn said "go ahead". Britney finally took care of the problem and lo and behold, machine accepted the coupon. At first she said she can't override the machine to accept the coupon. First time to step on that store and that will be the last. I'm not coming back!

The only reason I use this store is because my apartment is close by. They stock items so oddly and there is always carts, cardboard, and random stuff blocking aisles and strewn all over; it's like a maze to find something. This is a pretty decent grocery store for such a small town. When my boyfriend's dad siggested we…read morego break bread for lunch the last thing I expected was to eat at a grocery store. Actually, I have never been to a grocery store that had a hot food, eat-in option! This grocery store seemed to have a good variety of items on their shelves and customers greeted each other as they passes by. We came to the hot "food line" and I ordered chicken fingers with mashed potatoes with white gravy and green beans. I have to say the chicken fingers and mashed potatoes with white gravy were so good it shocked me. The green beans however reminded me of the ones you get in the food line at school. They were out of a can and not edible at all. They even have a little cafeteria style eating area with a soda fountain! This was an interesting experience that I really enjoyed!

The prices are not reflective of a thrift store. Used shoes marked as $30 (and I'm not just talking…read moreone or two pairs). They get these items for free.....why drive costumers away in the name of greed? The boutiques across the street also offer sandals for $30, but theirs are new and stainless. Can we consider the benefits of attracting guests to thrifting/second hand and how it helps reduce fast fashion and the environment? This store charges like it's Dillards, and it's not. Clothes are also priced in mind for high profit yield, very disappointing considering the above.
