Once insurance came in, we called him (about 2 weeks later) He told us it would be 6 weeks and if we had just paid out of our pockets, he could have done it sooner. He began to belittle us because we wanted wait for insurance. The truth is, I could have paid for 20 jobs and not worried, it was the point. We went elsewhere because of his attitude, saved $3000 dollars, got it done in a week, and they look fantastic. High price, smart arse attitude....dont bother with Nancy's.

After my initial complaint they came back once and did some touch ups, blaming the person who was primarily working on my home, despite having really talked him up When the work was done. He power washed damaging the concrete and only put one coat of patio paint in the high traffic area. Immediately the paint started peeling right inside gate where everyone walks and carries paint chips (including my dogs!). I reached out 2 more times to ask that they fix it and they have not responded to the last request or contacted me after months. At this point, I do not trust them to fix their work. So now I'm paying 2x for my patio to be painted.
