Unfortunately, I'm disappointed with the workmanship and the follow-up after the installation. There are multiple nails and screws visibly protruding from the fence, which I brought to the contractor's attention. I also have concerns about the overall construction and finishing of the fence. I contacted the contractor several times about these issues, and they said they would come out to make the necessary repairs, but they never did. I understand that wood fencing can have some natural variation, but I expected the installation to be properly finished and the contractor to stand behind their work when concerns were raised. Based on my experience, I would recommend carefully inspecting the completed work and confirming how the contractor handles warranty or repair issues before hiring them.
