But what I do, the expectation is that I get some type of assistance. So I went to go replace one of my recessed lights, and of course, after trying to find a replacement myself, I asked for some assistance. Well!! After waiting 30 minutes, 3 different employees paging for help, a store manager came over. Short black female....she was nice. But she didn't know much either, and preceded to tell me it was right in front of me. Ma'am., I have been here for 30 minutes, and does it look like I don't know what I'm looking for?!?! I just wasn't able to find it and now I'm asking for someone that works here because I may have overlooked it. Well that was a bust!!! Finally!!! I said my light has 2 prongs....not 3. After 5 minutes of them searching and my disconnect at this point, she said oh we must not carry it. It wasn't busy at all, I frequent this store too much!!! I'll be driving the extra 3 miles to Lowe's!

Robert was able to help after finishing with his customer and I was able to buy the paint that matches my house. GREAT employees!! I will definitely recommend PPG Painting based on the service level and professionalism shown to me today.
