But what I do, the expectation is that I get some type of assistance. So I went to go replace one of my recessed lights, and of course, after trying to find a replacement myself, I asked for some assistance. Well!! But she didn't know much either, and preceded to tell me it was right in front of me. Ma'am., I have been here for 30 minutes, and does it look like I don't know what I'm looking for?!?! I just wasn't able to find it and now I'm asking for someone that works here because I may have overlooked it. Well that was a bust!!! Finally!!! I said my light has 2 prongs....not 3. After 5 minutes of them searching and my disconnect at this point, she said oh we must not carry it. It wasn't busy at all, I frequent this store too much!!! I'll be driving the extra 3 miles to Lowe's!

I came back in today (4/8/2019) to buy the paint. Robert was helping another customer. Chris immediately came to assist me and also took extra efforts to identify the paint color. Robert was able to help after finishing with his customer and I was able to buy the paint that matches my house. GREAT employees!! I will definitely recommend PPG Painting based on the service level and professionalism shown to me today.

If I have to go into the store multiple times to just have a propane tank refilled, then I will take my business elsewhere. Everywhere else you pay first and they refill and then you are on your way.
