Went to the front and told the employee about my situation and they kept saying that they would try to fix it, like wtf, I don't care about the product I'd like to get a better one. They also talked terribly to me like I was a criminal. I ended up forced to use the product which was a SITHL weed eater. Now the reason why i'm giving 2 stars is cause I came here once again to buy a DeWalt table saw, a lady at the front thankfully helped me find one in the back and held it for me while I went to keep browsing the store and they were nice about it. Now i'm only giving 2 stars cause customer service is the biggest deal about hardware stores and product quality.
