She is knowledgeable, helpful, caring and friendly. I totally believe she loves her job, and gets to know her customers and their needs. When I go in there looking for something I always go to Sylvia first. She then tells me if they have it, and where it is located on the lot. If they don't have it she sees to it that it is ordered, and will even contact me when it comes in. I truly like her, and her helpful and caring customer service. Since I am a beginner Beekeeper, and love to grow much of my own vegetables, I show her some pics of what I am doing or looking for, which helps her to serve my needs better. My former neighbor used them and they either did not show up for his scheduled maintenance or failed to do proper maintenance (even though they were informed ahead of time of the issues). Bamboo is growing through, not just over, adjoining fences into neighboring yards and damaging property.
