Though I have frequented the FlowerBox for individual gifts many times over the last few decades, this was my first opportunity to utilize their services for an event. Horrible service from the owner/manager. I bought flowers for my daughters graduation on my lunch break and asked her if I could store her bouquet in the cooler til I got off work. I returned less than 2 hours later and she had closed . Said her power went out and her store was flooded . Given I was there to get my daughter's bouquet , there was nothing flooded . No way to communicate w/them to contact them how to get her flowers ! The next day the manager Mary had no remorse , for ruining my daughters ceremony with no flowers $75 wasted bc she offered no refund , even said I could go get the flowers (the ones that had been sitting in the cooler with no electricity for days ) read more

Horrible arrangement. They killed the flowers by poking green wire in the middle of sunflowers and roses. Why would they do that? The green foam was also crumbled inside the vase.Clearly they have no idea what they are doing. Flowers died in 24 hours. read more

I ordered flowers from Flower Box a year ago, was billed for them and they were never delivered to a funeral in the area. I gave the florist the benefit of the doubt, because the family may have been in grief and not seen the flowers. I just called to place an order today, but needed some help with the website.
