Looked at the work and noted the many tiny stitches. Then he smiled and said I'll have this ready for you tomorrow. Wow that is fast! I loved returning to this shop the selection is HUGE! It is nicely appointed as well. It is easy to access from I/45. I live in Austin. The service here wins anything I have experienced in Austin - hands down for service, selection and quality.

When we were in the the store, we reminded the young lady who rang it up that wood pellets were included. She agreed. We picked them out and she confirmed that they would be delivered with the grill (nice touch that ACE assembles and delivers!!). Grill was delivered without user manual nor pellets!! The gentleman who delivered had no manual and no pellets!! A nice touch would have been to set the grill up for first use. That did not happen. I fear that they will lose business to Pearland store who has great customer service. I do not want to come across as a complaining old lady, but owners need to be be more involved in their business. We had a malfunction in temp sensor, contacted Traeger directly and went through about 8 reps trying to help us replace the temp probe. No one at corporate has be able to answer/fix our concerns. I suggested to my husband early on to go back to ACE in Friendswood, but he did not. After 4 months of frustration dealing with Traeger, he went back to ACE and relayed all of the gory detains to Mr. Magnuson, the owner, who promptly modified the part that Traeger sent (would not fit) and, voila, the grill is now operational and preparing chicken as I write this. They are on parr with much more expensive retailers and would venture to say they exceed them without the diminishing returns. We have purchased from plenty of other big box stores in the past and Arhuas blew them away. The entire process and staff have been awesome apart from having to wait a while to receive our furniture but was very standard during the pandemic. We recently had an issue with our protection plan not initially being applied correctly and the team at Baybrook went above and beyond to rectify the issue immediately. Both the regional manager Christopher Mendyka and store manager Sutton Lindsey were super stars in making it right. They went outside of a normal response of deflecting the issue on the customer and offered solutions which is a rarity in today's world when it comes to customer service. I whole heartedly recommend shopping here without hesitation and want to say thanks to that entire team.
