Michael and Bo were SO HELPFUL and FRIENDLY and answered all my questions. We got the "normal" Raleigh St. Augustine since our yard will have plenty of sun. The Cobalt variety was intriguing BUT it wasn't going to be available until at least July so we just went with "old reliable" Raleigh. 2 pallets of grass was needed to complete our project. Each pallet was around $200, perhaps a little more than other companies but the quality is top notch. Our yard turned out FANTASTIC and we have been getting so many compliments from the neighbors. We HIGHLY recommend Houston Grass!

Deborah, the owner, was very hands on, and her employee's were top notch! They completely pulled all of our old landscape out (it was a lot!!), PROPERLY, roots and all. She redesigned the landscape just as we requested, and the work was absolutely top notch! They were here every day that they agreed to be here, and were always on time or early. They added sod in the front where we removed landscape, and brought the front and backyard to code for proper water run off. They also removed some shrubs, pulled out all of the dirt in that area, and poured concrete to extend out driveway. The work was done better than any concrete company would have ever done! They are professional, friendly, dependable, hardworking, keep their word, do the work properly, and they do not rush the job to get it done, they take their time and do it right! Absolutely the best contractor we have ever hired for work around our home! We will be using Coco's from now on for all of our outdoor needs. Thank you Coco's Nursery!!!!

After going to several bespoke tile stores, walking into Floor and Decor was like a breath of fresh air. She even showed us our grout options. We definitely walked out with a complete picture and tile to match. Parking: This is a huge stand alone store location. It is just amazing. Since it is a stand alone, it has it own massive lot with wide parking spaces. That is appreciated since they have flatbeds rollers for shopping. Floor: The options of tile are wall to wall (ceramic, porcelain, stone, marble, etc.). My suggestion is to come in with your measurements because these tiles go fast! Look elsewhere for much better grass. I got crap sod from K & K!…read more Over time, and through multiple lawn care services my beautiful, thick St Augustine back lawn became riddled with Bermuda. This year I decided to spend roughly $4500 to have the old grass taken up and fresh, new St Augustine sod laid down. The landscaper I selected for this work chose to go with K&K for the sod. We began watering the new sod exactly per the recommendations of the landscaper, and within a couple of days I had a THICK blanket of G-D Clover in my back yard! Where I didn't have clover I was starting to see F-ing Bermuda showing!! I called the landscaper to complain about both the Clover and the Bermuda showing up and he got in contact with K & K. In the meantime, I Googled eliminating Clover from St Augustine. The online advice I got for dealing with the Clover, as it turns out, is not good for the sod. But that's a moot point. You can see in the pictures I post here that the Bermuda has taken over most of where the St Augustine should be....and there is STILL Clover, AND other weeds!! K & K is not manning up and taking the high road to resolve this situation! To make this right the landscaper is getting me new sod from an outfit here in League City called EDS Landscaping. K & K needs to get off their asses and make this right instead of my landscaper and I have to eat their shit grass!!

From Sod, St Augustine Sod, Bermuda Sod and so much more to choose from. You can pick it up or have it delivered and the option of having it installed. All the staff was very friendly, helpful and the price for a pallet was cheaper than any local competitor.
