The company downloads thousands on thousands of phone numbers from an online database and sends unsolicited calls to anybody they can early as 8 AM (even calling businesses and renters on holidays) in order to rope in clients by offering a special free estimate (which is standard practice). If you do choose to accept the free estimate, they will try to overcharge and upsell you on any sort of home remodeling projects you're considering due to the small size of the company. From a worker's point of view, the company will hide information on the jobs you confirm and will threaten your job security once a week if you do not get 2 potential jobs per day. This unfortunately leads to the harassment of many Houston citizens through desperate callbacks for months on end and even giving misleading information about the company's status with the Better Business Bureau. There are cockroaches and bugs living throughout their showroom and the owner, contractors, and most of upper management do not speak English as well. All in all, this company is very unorganized yet uncomfortably persistent when it comes to finding clients and will often overcharge clients who are in desperate need remodeling and do not have time or resources to find a second opinion. If you do come in contact with them or happen to receive an unsolicited call, I strongly suggest finding another contractor to save you from a headache/wasting your time. I would even make sure to block the number because they will not stop calling if you don't.

It's been like pulling teeth to get them to order a simple part and show up to install it. I kid you not the part is just a special screw. I've been living life without a microwave now for 4 months, and it's because this company can't get it's act together. I'm just amazed by how this company is still in business if they refuse to help their customers.

The repairman had to take out the bottom freezer drawer to do that since it's in the back and he was pretty rough getting the drawer out. The charge to replace that switch was $400. Then, a couple months later the freezer drawer would hardly come out. I suspect the repairman damaged it while yanking out the drawer but he said it was the rails that were bad and that they he has seen this in many bottom freezer units. I'm not sure that's accurate. My wife and I both think he damaged it getting it out. Anyway, he wanted to charge us an additional $400 to replace the rails. We asked what the alternative was since we had already paid them over $400 to change a switch and he said we could try some silicone spray. Then he wrote us a bill for his visit and charged us another $95 to do nothing. Ridiculous and we will never use this place again. Now, my bottom drawer won't come out much, I've spent about $500 on a 2 year old refrigeration. By the way, they recommended this refrigerator when we bought it 2 years ago.

This was scheduled beforehand. When he arrived he installed my tv and didn't tell me until after my tv was hung that he didn't have my shelf (very unprofessional). I was so happy at the time of the service but later had issues. He said he would come later in the week to install my shelf. A week later no tv shelf in sight. I followed up with him and received nasty accusations via text. He accused me of taking advantage of him cause of his race. This was the most ludicrous accusation I just wanted the shelf I ordered installed. The customer service was horrible and for that along I can't recommend this business. My dvd was also damaged by the installer and no longer works properly and it's now my DVD player is stuck at the back of my tv cause he never installed my shelf.
