Service man Shane came out changed oil, topped off transmission fluid, checked out tractor, no repairs done. Took him 1 hr. Ward called later, the bill is now 840.00. Argued it down to original quote of 700.00. Is this called price gouging? Love the tractor, will never use WC Tractor service again. Beware!
