I had work done to only one because they only gave me an estimate on one. I had to call them and remind them I had brought two chainsaws in to them. The chainsaw was not cleaned up at all. I do not know if work was even done on the saw because it was so dirty, I do not see how they could have done anything to it everything was caked with sawdust. They charged me for $107.86 for the tune up and to sharpen the blade which was not sharpened as you can see in attached pictures.The also charged me $45.00 on the other saw just for the estimate only no work performed. I would not recommend this business even to my worst enemy. You have been warned.

So after 3 weeks of waiting for a "genuine Kubota positive battery cable" I went to pick up my machine. After 2 days it was still having the same issues and I decided to change the starter myself and it hasn't acted up since. This was about 8 months ago. Long service times, and inexperienced service and my machine was left in the rain.
