Within 10 min I got a call from Caidon and he said he's about 25 min out, Caidon and Kaylob showed up in 10 min and fixed my problem in 35min.. also helped me out on my parts. Both men were kind, quick and efficient. I will call them again for future service. 4 days without water over weekend sucked!! Caidon and Kaylob saved the day for my fam! I specifically asked about any extra charges since one of my neighbor bad experience from them in the past. She said No extra charges, just parts and labor. I got invoice for $225 an hour, $425 for control box instead of $350 (same exact item number) plus extra $98 misc and additonal $30 fuel charge. Total $940. (For a less then $500 job.) I called and asked about this sudden change and I was been answered very rudely, that the person who quoted you prices didnot know, that this is a business. She gave you residencial prices. She said I am the office manager and I know better. (Despite the service call was for business with business name and address).

I had work done to only one because they only gave me an estimate on one. I had to call them and remind them I had brought two chainsaws in to them. The chainsaw was not cleaned up at all. I do not know if work was even done on the saw because it was so dirty, I do not see how they could have done anything to it everything was caked with sawdust. They charged me for $107.86 for the tune up and to sharpen the blade which was not sharpened as you can see in attached pictures.The also charged me $45.00 on the other saw just for the estimate only no work performed. I would not recommend this business even to my worst enemy. You have been warned.
