I received my pants in typical fashion pressed and in a plastic bag on a hangar. As I walked to my car I had this sinking feeling something was wrong. I check the garment and low and behold nothing was done. I basically paid $30.00 to have them press a pair of pants. I turned around and informed the clerk (a very meek girl). She took down the information and said they will be ready in a week. I arrived a week later and guess what. They couldn't find them and when they did the garment was not finished. I was told it will be done in 4 days. I informed the clerk I wanted to speak to her supervisor (Who was not asst this location). Was never contacted. I arrived today (4 days later) to pick the pants up. Can you see where this is going. No pants.... The clerk calls her boss and tells him I want to speak to him. I'm guessing he said he couldn't speak to me because she said well he is standing in front of me right now. She handed me the phone. I tried to explain the reason I was so upset but he didn't have the time to listen and cut mms off. He said he will have my pants there first thing in the morning and gave me my money back. I was not looking for my money back. I was looking for the manager to take responsibility and apologise. I will never use them again.

I took it back for a reclean, still didn't come out. The dry cleaners said that they weren't responsible since I didn't bring it back within 48 hours. They did not refund my cleaning fee and would not compensate me for the loss of the shirt.
