When they finally found it, 30 mins later, it was at the bottom of a pile of dirty clothes. It hadn't been cleaned. And when I asked how long it would be to clean it, the man pushed it back at me and said, " no clean! Too many sparkle. " Because the gown has a sparkle look to it, I guess it takes more to clean. This rude man just pushed it back and refused to clean it. Why didn't he say that in the first place?! And why was it in the bottom of a pile of dirty laundry? I will NEVER take any clothes back to get cleaned. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!

The employee that I am speaking of is Jennifer not only will she be completely rude and speaking to you when she has her bad days which seems here lately it's almost every time I go in and she's working she's huffing and puffing and going on about something that happened at another job or a customer walked in and didn't clean out the washing machine or left dryer sheets inside the dryer she will literally complain and complain until literally you're walking out. I honestly thought the establishment did not close until 10:00 but one day on a Friday I and a few others were rushed to get out by 8:00 because she needed to be at her other job but yet no we're on the door or anywhere did it say on Fridays when Jennifer works we must close early, and if so please forgive me for writing this but I double checked everywhere to see and I did not see a sign a note anything. Maybe working on your people skills would great. I understand working two jobs is hard but if you know you have to be at a certain job at a certain time maybe you need not to work at the other job on that same day so you can get to where you need to be it's just an idea of going out there. The old lady who was really scared to ask Jennifer how to use the card or even how to get one it was my pleasure helping you out and I'm so sorry that she scared you the way she did that you didn't even want to ask her for help but hopefully this here somebody will take it into consideration and let Jennifer know she would need to be working on her people skills!

I was not happy about either but needed out done. The lady behind counter was nice and took the garment. I came to pick up the pants 15 days later. I received my pants in typical fashion pressed and in a plastic bag on a hangar. As I walked to my car I had this sinking feeling something was wrong. I check the garment and low and behold nothing was done. I basically paid $30.00 to have them press a pair of pants. I turned around and informed the clerk (a very meek girl). She took down the information and said they will be ready in a week. I arrived a week later and guess what. They couldn't find them and when they did the garment was not finished. I was told it will be done in 4 days. I informed the clerk I wanted to speak to her supervisor (Who was not asst this location). Was never contacted. I arrived today (4 days later) to pick the pants up. Can you see where this is going. No pants.... The clerk calls her boss and tells him I want to speak to him. I'm guessing he said he couldn't speak to me because she said well he is standing in front of me right now. She handed me the phone. I tried to explain the reason I was so upset but he didn't have the time to listen and cut mms off. He said he will have my pants there first thing in the morning and gave me my money back. I was not looking for my money back. I was looking for the manager to take responsibility and apologise. I will never use them again.

We've been using ADA for years Angleton and Clute. Just picked up my laundry and after reading the…read moresign on their counter (which is a big red flag) to make sure and count clothing before you leave the store as they are not liable after you leave. I counted my clothes. Then still apprehensive i opened and checked immediately. Well I miss counted by one pair of pants and I received a pair of pants the were not mine. So I immediately went back to let them know that I was missing a pair of pants didn't even bring up the pair that was missing as I should have caught that before leaving the store. The lady behind counter took the men's pants that were not mine. Asked me if I knew what color the pants were that I was missing. Lol really? I will photograph everything from now on. I do now after I had time to tho about it and will return today to let them know. She did take my name and number I did know the brand Multiples a pair of 75.00 pants. I'll let you know what happens but I'm not hopeful that I'll see them again.
