I put 2 blankets and a set of sheets in a triple loader and they were soaking wet. The owner said it was because I didn't fluff them. I've been doing laundry for decades, and that is bullshit! There was plenty of space to agitate. And instead of paying for them to spin again, he made me pay while telling me to "relax." The quarter slots for the dryers are very sketchy-- put one in after another and the coins still don't go through. Push the coin return button, and hope you get back what you put in. One dryer took me 5 minutes to pay for 30 minutes of dry time. Many of the dryers don't dry properly. And they smell like clothes are burning on medium heat. And to top it off, the owner smokes in the building. There is trash all over the floor and the trash cans were overflowing... easy pickin's for a slip and fall "accident." Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. Zero stars!

I took it back for a reclean, still didn't come out. The dry cleaners said that they weren't responsible since I didn't bring it back within 48 hours. They did not refund my cleaning fee and would not compensate me for the loss of the shirt.

Shirt laundry/dry cleaning: women's shirts cannot be laundered (as per usual). However, they come back wrinkled. I often have to re-press the collars and sleeves. I would have stopped using 1.49 sooner, but they are literally the only game in town. I decided to purchase a good iron and save myself the hassle of replacing items 1.49 cleaners destroyed.

I was not happy about either but needed out done. The lady behind counter was nice and took the garment. I came to pick up the pants 15 days later. I received my pants in typical fashion pressed and in a plastic bag on a hangar. As I walked to my car I had this sinking feeling something was wrong. I check the garment and low and behold nothing was done. I basically paid $30.00 to have them press a pair of pants. I turned around and informed the clerk (a very meek girl). She took down the information and said they will be ready in a week. I arrived a week later and guess what. They couldn't find them and when they did the garment was not finished. I was told it will be done in 4 days. I informed the clerk I wanted to speak to her supervisor (Who was not asst this location). Was never contacted. I arrived today (4 days later) to pick the pants up. Can you see where this is going. No pants.... The clerk calls her boss and tells him I want to speak to him. I'm guessing he said he couldn't speak to me because she said well he is standing in front of me right now. She handed me the phone. I tried to explain the reason I was so upset but he didn't have the time to listen and cut mms off. He said he will have my pants there first thing in the morning and gave me my money back. I was not looking for my money back. I was looking for the manager to take responsibility and apologise. I will never use them again.
