When I finally got around to taking it out, i tried to get some of the stains out myself, especially since they were only at the very bottom. I was unsuccessful and started to panic because I felt like the stains were a bit visible, and I needed to leave for the wedding in 48 hours! I went to one dry cleaning place, but their turnaround time was not going to cut it, so I called Oxford Cleaners and they said they could have it ready in my timeframe. I felt like the pricing was very fair - it was several dollars more than the first place I checked with, but also, their turnaround time is better. When I got my dress back it looked brand new! One day I saw McFrugals and decided to give it a try. Not only was the staff very professional and polite, they were very welcoming. After receiving my first complete order I was a little skeptical because my clothes were clean and pressed properly and the price was reasonable. I thought, maybe this is a new customer special. After six months of using McFrugals nothing has changed! The pricing is still reasonable and I have had no issues, well just two and I'll get to those in a minute--with the cleaning of my clothes or the excellent service I receive! As for the two issues--once I received an shirt that was not apart of my order. McFrugals informed me of the mishap and insured me MY shirt would be delivered the next day. My second issue was a small rip on one of my shirts. I sent a text about the shirt and the response was I'm sorry we must have missed it in the final check, we will definitely take care of it! The other two more expensive chain cleaners often ruined shirts or ripped the clothing and every time, even though they acknowledged the error, took months to resolve the issue. I am recommending McFrugal's to everyone! And let me add I dry clean just about all of my clothes and my clothes are not inexpensive--McFrugals treated my Burberry shirts the same as my Polo shirts, with loving care!! I was not happy about either but needed out done. The lady behind counter was nice and took the garment. I came to pick up the pants 15 days later. I received my pants in typical fashion pressed and in a plastic bag on a hangar. As I walked to my car I had this sinking feeling something was wrong. I check the garment and low and behold nothing was done. I basically paid $30.00 to have them press a pair of pants. I turned around and informed the clerk (a very meek girl). She took down the information and said they will be ready in a week. I arrived a week later and guess what. They couldn't find them and when they did the garment was not finished. I was told it will be done in 4 days. I informed the clerk I wanted to speak to her supervisor (Who was not asst this location). Was never contacted. I arrived today (4 days later) to pick the pants up. Can you see where this is going. No pants.... The clerk calls her boss and tells him I want to speak to him. I'm guessing he said he couldn't speak to me because she said well he is standing in front of me right now. She handed me the phone. I tried to explain the reason I was so upset but he didn't have the time to listen and cut mms off. He said he will have my pants there first thing in the morning and gave me my money back. I was not looking for my money back. I was looking for the manager to take responsibility and apologise. I will never use them again.

I counted my clothes. Then still apprehensive i opened and checked immediately. Well I miss counted by one pair of pants and I received a pair of pants the were not mine. So I immediately went back to let them know that I was missing a pair of pants didn't even bring up the pair that was missing as I should have caught that before leaving the store. When we did realize it, months had passed. The once white dress had big splotches of brown. We just moved into this area, and I saw Zesty Cleaners there, so I took the doll in. Obviously, this is not your average cleaning job. Well, they sent it to a specialist, he handled it overnight, and they called me the next day to say it was ready. End result: there is still a tiny amount of brown on some of the hem, but it is hardly visible. It turned out a lot better than I expected. They were quick, professional, and careful. When I went to pick it up, I noticed that one section of the pleats looked like it had been steamed or pressed completely flat. As in, my pleated dress came back to me with a section of pleats missing. When I pointed it out, they said they would send it back to get it fixed. I came back to pick it up and once again, they did not fix it. The fact that they were about to let me walk out of there without telling me that the dress was ruined tells me everything I need to know about this business. I had to request to speak to the owner to find out what happened. While he was apologetic and offered to compensate me for the dress, the entire experience ruined the business for me. Be warned - they will ruin your clothes, they won't be up front about whether or not they can clean something properly without ruining it, and then they will avoid the issue unless you bring it up.
