When I finally got around to taking it out, i tried to get some of the stains out myself, especially since they were only at the very bottom. I was unsuccessful and started to panic because I felt like the stains were a bit visible, and I needed to leave for the wedding in 48 hours! I went to one dry cleaning place, but their turnaround time was not going to cut it, so I called Oxford Cleaners and they said they could have it ready in my timeframe. I felt like the pricing was very fair - it was several dollars more than the first place I checked with, but also, their turnaround time is better. When I got my dress back it looked brand new! It looked brighter and was like-new clean. So happy with their service and will be happy to come back if needed!

I check the garment and low and behold nothing was done. I basically paid $30.00 to have them press a pair of pants. I turned around and informed the clerk (a very meek girl). She took down the information and said they will be ready in a week. I arrived a week later and guess what. They couldn't find them and when they did the garment was not finished. I was told it will be done in 4 days. I informed the clerk I wanted to speak to her supervisor (Who was not asst this location). Was never contacted. I arrived today (4 days later) to pick the pants up. Can you see where this is going. No pants.... The clerk calls her boss and tells him I want to speak to him. I'm guessing he said he couldn't speak to me because she said well he is standing in front of me right now. She handed me the phone. I tried to explain the reason I was so upset but he didn't have the time to listen and cut mms off. He said he will have my pants there first thing in the morning and gave me my money back. I was not looking for my money back. I was looking for the manager to take responsibility and apologise. I will never use them again.

When I went to pick it up, I noticed that one section of the pleats looked like it had been steamed or pressed completely flat. As in, my pleated dress came back to me with a section of pleats missing. When I pointed it out, they said they would send it back to get it fixed. I came back to pick it up and once again, they did not fix it. The fact that they were about to let me walk out of there without telling me that the dress was ruined tells me everything I need to know about this business. I had to request to speak to the owner to find out what happened. While he was apologetic and offered to compensate me for the dress, the entire experience ruined the business for me.
