I brought in my Dell Laptop to get its screen replaced, they get sent the wrong part. i waited and…read morethen they get sent the wrong part again.(2 weeks) i need my computer for school so i had to pick it up. when i got it it had 2 screws holding the bottom half of the laptop on. so i ask the guy where are all the other screws? he says , They weren't missing before? proceeds to put them back in, but the screen is still peeling away from the computer. not to mention missing camera shutter. he also gave me back the wrong charger for my computer. Not sure why, but my computer only works on the charger now. it worked perfectly fine before, it only had a cracked screen. Dont come here if you value your technology and the way its put together. Completely Unprofessional.

So they could install it wrong, put old parts on it, really screw it up and charge you an arm and a leg. Then if you complain and want it fixed, they charge you again. Bad business model!!!

I called the geek Squad phone number on the website and got a horrible surprise! The call was…read morehijacked! I wanted an appointment for my printer to be cleaned and some non-english speaking person said he had to check for viruses. Lol and behold my computer was heavily infected. Remember, I was calling about my printer. So after installing an app he says my geek Squad anti-virus was stopped and would have to cancel my plan and buy a new one. I said I would just take my printer in, no thank you. He says thank you and hung up! I knew I was scammed so called the Lake Jackson store, got the real Geek Squad and talked to a really nice young lady who confirmed I called the right number but it wasn't them. Hijack! It didn't take any time to get an appointment, this time for my computer to check for damages. Plus she calmed me down for falling for the scam. Made me feel better. I left my computer there for a "thorough" analysis and am waiting to hear back. The young lady in Lake Jackson store was very polite, listened to me, was sympathetic, also patient because I could tell she was VERY busy. Made lots of notes and took care of everything! Couldn't be happier...well, let's see how my computer turns out By the way, they don't clean printers so I still have that problem. But I can only imagine how much this would cost without my Total Protection Plan! (Sounds like an ad! Sorry)
