I brought in my Dell Laptop to get its screen replaced, they get sent the wrong part. i waited and then they get sent the wrong part again.(2 weeks) i need my computer for school so i had to pick it up. when i got it it had 2 screws holding the bottom half of the laptop on. so i ask the guy where are all the other screws? he says , They weren't missing before? proceeds to put them back in, but the screen is still peeling away from the computer. not to mention missing camera shutter. he also gave me back the wrong charger for my computer. Not sure why, but my computer only works on the charger now. it worked perfectly fine before, it only had a cracked screen. Dont come here if you value your technology and the way its put together. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME COMING TO THIS PLACE!! NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. The owner here told me he would repair my iPad and would have it ready the next evening. When I called to check the status, 2 days later, his partner told me my iPad wasn't ready and I was behind 2 other iPads to be repaired. I told him I was surprised to hear that since his partner told me it would be ready the day before. He replied that he didn't know who would've told me that but they would never said that. When I described his partner to him he said yep that's him. I'm not trying to call you a liar but we would never say that. Are you kidding me?!? No apologies, no remorse. Only an attitude that it was my problem not his. Wow. No customer service here. I totally understand people make mistakes but own them. Don't make lame a$$ excuses and make your customer feel like your mistake was their fault. I'm going to Houston from here on out to have my electronics repaired. read more

I dropped my white s6 Edge earlier this month and cracked the screen really bad. At first Lee could only find the chrome face to make the repairs and I was okay with that, but I REALLY wanted the white. It took a little time, but he kept searching and a vendor came through with the white. He worked around my schedule to make the repairs which turned out great! My phone looks like brand new again. Screen Replacement BEWARE! I paid $160 to have the screen on my iphone 5 replaced. Everything seemed fine when I picked it up, however soon after I realized that the screen never really fit. I was constantly pushing it back into place. Not only that, They also damaged one of the pixels as well. I have since moved away from Lake Jackson, so I cannot just go back and complain. read more

I am so happy this time around I had to get on here and leave a review! A few years ago I came in to get my phone repaired and I was dealing with James "the owner" and that was the most uncomfortable rude experience ever!!! He was condescending and judgmental. I recently had to go pay them a visit and had a negative feeling when I found out that I had to go to them to get my fingerprints done as they were the only ones around here that offer that service. When I showed up the staff was super nice. They were accommodating and took the time to ask how my day was. I inquired about James and was told he was no longer with the business. I was so glad to hear that. I'm surprised the business lasted as long as it did when he was around. I also had a cracked iPhone 8 screen and they fixed it right up and had it ready in less than an hour. read more

I wish I would have checked yelp before going to this place, I was trying to help out a local business by giving them some work they told me it would take a day or 2 then a week and a half later I go to pick up my iPad because I needed the screen replaced and in large letters on my customer copy it says (black screen) my screen was white and since it was getting replaced I wanted a black one. When I pick it up the screen is white exactly what I did not want and my phone number was right at the top they told me the black screen must not have been in stock, ( ok then, guess what, those 10 digits where it says phone number, is this super secret hidden way of communicating with people!) Come on not even a phone call to ask me if I still wanted to proceed with the repair or wait for the screen to get ordered. Then I never even got offered a discount for the mess up. I paid and when I got home there are these lines through my iPad that look like hash marks like on a football field I asked the owner when I dropped it off if the screen will look clear as it did when I first bought the iPad and he said yes, So I'm very irritated that this company. I just can't believe a technology company does not know how to use a phone and on top of that the iPad turned out looking like $hit. I will be getting a hold of my credit card company to get my money back for a job that I feel was the biggest rip off ever. Screens cost $20-50 online I paid $140 and was not even offered my money back or the option for them to fix the clear error in regards to the color I wanted. read more

Well you guys must be going to a different gadget guys because i needed to have my cpu repaired and told the representative at the shop the problem, gave him my number to call me back to see if a part would be compatible with my Cpu and never heard a word from them. After that i made a second attempt to make an appointment. So i called a couple days later, instead of bringing my whole cpu up there. The tech on the phone said i had to go to some website to make a appointment. The card i got from the shop the previous visit had no website on it. I understand that this might be a new business that's started up but customers don't like to get the run around. If you tell a customer you will call them back after you check out some info for them that's what they expect. I am in college at the moment for Applied Science BS in Small Business, and from many ventures in this particular field i wouldn't run a shop like that. read more
