I recently used Leon's to repair both of my generators. They came and picked them up, cleaned and fixed both of them in a prompt timeframe and delivered them when they said they would. I am very pleased with their service, the price they charged and everyone I have interacted with has been great to deal with and professional. if I could give a negative number I would. major rip off. rude front desk person with no customer service knowledge. took 6 weeks to get weedeater back and it still doesn't work right. said to bring it back and it'll be another 2-3 weeks, and maybe more money. could have bought a new one for the same price. if I could rate a 0 I would. My appoi was at 2 and no one showed. I called at 3 and the lady that answered says well we can out at 5. I said no I want my money back. she then said sir you will have to pay to cancel you appointment. I said I am not cancelling it that you never showed up. I said I want my money back. she hung up. another guy called me and I told him I wanted my money back and he asked me to say please. let's just say that will be the day I say please to get my money back from a con artist !!!! Hello good morning to everyone, I just want to say my experience with Leon mowers service was horrible. The reason i grade a flat zero due to his professionalism and his poor customer service. His wife Samantha was awesome and honest but the husband very untrustworthy. Well I drop my weed eater ( echo) brand on a Monday weed eater. My echo last me until 4 yrs until I notice I been having issues to start . So I asked Leon should I buy a new weed eater or should I buy a new one. He said if I was you just get it fix. Okay so I let him fix. I said the most I will spent it will no more 90 bucks if that is the case I will will buy a new weed eater. They said they will call me if is past 90 bucks. I want to say it was on a Tuesday I get a call from Leon. He said your carburetor is not working. He asked me if I drop it. I said, " No ". He said your carburetor is damage. I asked Leon how much it will cost to get it fix. He said 75 bucks. I already spend for a tune up 15 bucks a service 20 bucks for priority 1. So the total was 155 bucks with the carburetor included. I asked Leon that will be it 155 bucks and it will start . He said yes. Mr. Leon said I will be ready in 30 minutes. I get there around 530 pm. The workers said he was not ready and there were trying to start my weed eater and it will turn off. I said, " Is not ready so I left." The next day Wednesday I get a call from his wife and left a voicemail. So I call back Mr.Leon answer the phone. I said your wife called me. He said She not here she left. I told Mr. Leon call you call her and find out was going with my weed eater. He said, "I let her know. "No responsad that day. The next is Thursday I said to myself hopefully the time I get off from work at 2pm , I will get a call that is ready to pick up. I get off from work at 2pm no miss calls from Leon service. I get to his location around 545 pm. I spoke to Leon and gave me this look where he was about to give me negative story. I said , "Leon my weed eater ready ."He said, " You need a new piston because is scratch." He said it starts and it works. He said it will turn off if you don't hold the trigger. I said give my weed eater I need to go. He said the price for the diagnostic and priory 1 will be 55 bucks. Keep in mind my weed eater was sitting in the corner. I don't how long was there and not telling me or calling me that if you want your weed eater to be fix and work properly you a new piston. Mr. Leon very unorganized. He don't know who is talking to when you call him. He said he have 100 customers call in one day. So when you call for your weed eater to pick up or your lawn mower. He don't have know idea who is talking to. You are wasting your time if you go to his service. You might get lucky like I read some reviews and gave him a great score.
