I wanted an appointment for my printer to be cleaned and some non-english speaking person said he had to check for viruses. Lol and behold my computer was heavily infected. Remember, I was calling about my printer. So after installing an app he says my geek Squad anti-virus was stopped and would have to cancel my plan and buy a new one. I said I would just take my printer in, no thank you. He says thank you and hung up! I knew I was scammed so called the Lake Jackson store, got the real Geek Squad and talked to a really nice young lady who confirmed I called the right number but it wasn't them. Hijack! It didn't take any time to get an appointment, this time for my computer to check for damages. Plus she calmed me down for falling for the scam. Made me feel better. I left my computer there for a "thorough" analysis and am waiting to hear back. The young lady in Lake Jackson store was very polite, listened to me, was sympathetic, also patient because I could tell she was VERY busy. Made lots of notes and took care of everything! Couldn't be happier...well, let's see how my computer turns out By the way, they don't clean printers so I still have that problem. But I can only imagine how much this would cost without my Total Protection Plan! (Sounds like an ad! Sorry)

Not sure why, but my computer only works on the charger now. it worked perfectly fine before, it only had a cracked screen. Dont come here if you value your technology and the way its put together. Perfect example of "don't judge a book by it's cover."…read more I was a little weary of this Target based on the exterior. It looks to be an older Target, a little run down and smaller than most. Kind of a "Ugh, let's just get in and get out." To say we were BLOWN AWAY by the customer service we experienced during our visit would be an understatement. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by a gentleman at the door. He then directed us to the restroom (since the nearby McDonald's restrooms were CLOSED). Then we passed a group of Target workers in the middle of a morning huddle. One lady in the group paused to greet us as well. (Super nice!) Lastly, 2 workers helped us locate an E.T. dvd that my Target app said was in stock but I couldn't find. These 2 individuals dropped what they were doing to help us find this $5 movie. AMAZING. So as you can see, this Target location might not be the newest, fanciest building but their STAFF really rolled out the RED carpet for us and we really appreciate it!

Headed straight for the electronics department where I found an employee, Tiffany C., she was putting up a new shelf system but was happy to stop and answer my questions and talk about the toys I was looking for. She had outstanding skills of customer service and a great overall knowledge of the particular products i was looking at. Very different experience than I usually receive at stores in the Houston area. I found a Funko Pop that was long sold out in my area of town, so that paired with Tiffany C's sunny disposition made this a very positive trip to a new Target.

I like to wait on my reviews to make sure I have no regrets or issues, and I can say 1 year later I am happier than when I first got it installed. TLDR: I would highly recommend Tony and his team for his work. I will personally be using them again and have recommended them to others already. Excellent service, responsiveness and genuine customer service. Tony works with you not just for you. He worked with me on within my budget and timelines, and provided great suggestions, options and education to make sure I ended up with the best outcome. Everyone with his company I interacted with was professional, nice, and great at their jobs. Finally, he worked just as hard after the install and payments to locate grill covers for my recently purchased speakers. Which was hard as due to budget/value we went with end of model life options so the grills were no longer being produced. I may have gotten last two in America. This level of follow-through and post-sale support is rare today.

I received a call 3 days later stating my tv was unable to be fixed due to an internal crack( when I picked my tv up it was an external crack). I explained to him my tv was working fine when I dropped it off, my cable port is what was getting fixed. He continued to say it was nothing he can do and he didn't do anything wrong but my tv now has a crack across it that wasn't there when he accepted it. I asked for the owner and he said he didn't know how to get in touch with him, then later on in the conversation say he was the owner. This is an expensive 65in television that now has a crack going across it. This guy does not want to take accountability for what he has done. Do not take your business here, he will break your item and act like he didn't do it. Really is disappointing to see this is a black man. So much for supporting your people.
