I brought in my Dell Laptop to get its screen replaced, they get sent the wrong part. i waited and…read morethen they get sent the wrong part again.(2 weeks) i need my computer for school so i had to pick it up. when i got it it had 2 screws holding the bottom half of the laptop on. so i ask the guy where are all the other screws? he says , They weren't missing before? proceeds to put them back in, but the screen is still peeling away from the computer. not to mention missing camera shutter. he also gave me back the wrong charger for my computer. Not sure why, but my computer only works on the charger now. it worked perfectly fine before, it only had a cracked screen. Dont come here if you value your technology and the way its put together. Completely Unprofessional.

So they could install it wrong, put old parts on it, really screw it up and charge you an arm and a leg. Then if you complain and want it fixed, they charge you again. Bad business model!!!

(The reason for four stars rather than five.) At the actual recovery center, however, George Pavel was exceptionally helpful and pleasant to work with. I truly appreciate the efforts he and his team put in to retrieve my manuscripts. I was able to "pick up the threads," press forward with writing my military sci-fi novels, and now I have a multi-book contract. The first book was released on October 7th! The site says you typically hear something back in a few days. It's now APRIL. And I've heard nary a peep. I'm super busy with work and a baby so it took a while for me to get around to chasing this down. I called the customer support number several times and it goes to the automated system. It tells me I'm next in line. But once I've sat on hold for 9:59 it disconnects me. I thought my cell signal had dropped. Nope. Does it to me no matter what phone I call from. Over and over. So I thought these are computer people. I'll send them an email. That was several weeks ago. I got nothing. Is this company even real? WTF people? It took me forever to get around to researching who to go to in order to get this data retrieved, and when I finally do it just ends up in limbo. Fan-freakin-tasting!

It was 2 weeks old when I got a virus or two or three. I was given pricing upfront. I knew the price could change depending on the actual work that had to be done, but they had performed such a good analysis before picking it up that the the price was the same. I was given updates while the machine was away, and it was returned within a week. I was hauling my machine home to Pearland to have it serviced, so no more of that! They also have the ability to "work on" or take a peek at your machine offsite, and that speeds up the process. Great service, and I am so glad to have someone to call when I need help. I will be referring all my friends to PC4urPC.
