I spoke with Ivey on June 12 and made an appointment for June 28th (16 days in the FUTURE!!!) for a basic cleaning with reoccurring monthly cleanings every month thereafter. I made it clear when we spoke that her staff needed to be gone by mid afternoon. Ivey told me that would not be a problem. Last night (June 26) as my wife is preparing dinner, and my adult son and I are playing video games, the doorbell rings. Low and behold if it isn't two cleaning agents from 3 Broads who are at my home to clean....wait a minute...didn't I schedule my cleaning for the 28th?? Dang right I did! I dig up the confirmation email from Ivey and my son shows it to her staff. They reply with "Oh we will have to talk to our boss to come back, this happens ALL the time." So today, June 27th, I email Ivey to see what happened. At that point I was willing to give em another chance....I mean come on mistakes happen everywhere....right??? Her reply is "Yes they are coming today (as in June 27th) and by five PM will be a problem. They have a full day and I don't see them getting to your place before 3PM.". ARE YOU KIDDING ME??? So again Ivey has the wrong date AND is telling me her staff can't be done in the time frame I asked for on June 12 when I made the appt. What the hell?? Then my phone rings and it is Ivey. She seemed confused on the phone like she still wasn't sure what was going on. She pawned off the mistake on whomever does their schedule and tells me she doesn't do scheduling. SERIOUSLY??? Then put me on the phone with whomever does do scheduling so I can understand why this matter is so confusing. I finally just threw the towel in and told her to cancel the appt. I am done. Sorry 3 Broads you had a chance and blew it!

I moved from a two bedroom apartment on the second floor in Richmond, to Lubbock. I wish I could have brought them with me to Lubbock to help me unload too, lol! When I I picked up my truck and went back to my apartment, I was seriously doubting my choice in size of trucks. I kept thinking I messed up and should have gotten a bigger truck. Kush Movers fit everything! I am still amazed that they were able to get it all! You can tell they have done this before. Not only did they fit everything, they did it quickly, and handled everything with great care. They wrapped all of my furniture with moving pads which ensured that everything made it on my 9 hour drive to Lubbock. I can't thank them enough for doing such a fine job. Even setting up the appointment was a breeze. They were able to come out less than an hour after I called to set it up. To top it off they were all so nice! My Mom is in the later stages of Alzheimer's, she was there and kept getting in the way, etc.... But they were so nice and patient with her and all of us. That really meant a lot to me.
