I brought in my Dell Laptop to get its screen replaced, they get sent the wrong part. i waited and…read morethen they get sent the wrong part again.(2 weeks) i need my computer for school so i had to pick it up. when i got it it had 2 screws holding the bottom half of the laptop on. so i ask the guy where are all the other screws? he says , They weren't missing before? proceeds to put them back in, but the screen is still peeling away from the computer. not to mention missing camera shutter. he also gave me back the wrong charger for my computer. Not sure why, but my computer only works on the charger now. it worked perfectly fine before, it only had a cracked screen. Dont come here if you value your technology and the way its put together. It was 2 weeks old when I got a virus or two or three. I was given pricing upfront. I knew the price could change depending on the actual work that had to be done, but they had performed such a good analysis before picking it up that the the price was the same. I was given updates while the machine was away, and it was returned within a week. I was hauling my machine home to Pearland to have it serviced, so no more of that! They also have the ability to "work on" or take a peek at your machine offsite, and that speeds up the process. Great service, and I am so glad to have someone to call when I need help. I will be referring all my friends to PC4urPC.

The employee that I am speaking of is Jennifer not only will she be completely rude and speaking to you when she has her bad days which seems here lately it's almost every time I go in and she's working she's huffing and puffing and going on about something that happened at another job or a customer walked in and didn't clean out the washing machine or left dryer sheets inside the dryer she will literally complain and complain until literally you're walking out. I honestly thought the establishment did not close until 10:00 but one day on a Friday I and a few others were rushed to get out by 8:00 because she needed to be at her other job but yet no we're on the door or anywhere did it say on Fridays when Jennifer works we must close early, and if so please forgive me for writing this but I double checked everywhere to see and I did not see a sign a note anything. Maybe working on your people skills would great. I understand working two jobs is hard but if you know you have to be at a certain job at a certain time maybe you need not to work at the other job on that same day so you can get to where you need to be it's just an idea of going out there. I've rented equipment from large companies many times and experienced a breakdown almost everytime. The skid steer from Earth Bender was in excellent working condition and was superior to other equipment I've rented. I accidently found this company online and I consider myself lucky for finding them. The customer service and owners of this company were a pleasure to do business with. I made more progress in one month with their skid steer than I made in a year. They will be my first choice every time in the future.
