Both men were kind, quick and efficient. I will call them again for future service. 4 days without water over weekend sucked!! Caidon and Kaylob saved the day for my fam! I specifically asked about any extra charges since one of my neighbor bad experience from them in the past. She said No extra charges, just parts and labor. I got invoice for $225 an hour, $425 for control box instead of $350 (same exact item number) plus extra $98 misc and additonal $30 fuel charge. Total $940. (For a less then $500 job.) I called and asked about this sudden change and I was been answered very rudely, that the person who quoted you prices didnot know, that this is a business. She gave you residencial prices. She said I am the office manager and I know better. (Despite the service call was for business with business name and address).

The employee that I am speaking of is Jennifer not only will she be completely rude and speaking to you when she has her bad days which seems here lately it's almost every time I go in and she's working she's huffing and puffing and going on about something that happened at another job or a customer walked in and didn't clean out the washing machine or left dryer sheets inside the dryer she will literally complain and complain until literally you're walking out. I honestly thought the establishment did not close until 10:00 but one day on a Friday I and a few others were rushed to get out by 8:00 because she needed to be at her other job but yet no we're on the door or anywhere did it say on Fridays when Jennifer works we must close early, and if so please forgive me for writing this but I double checked everywhere to see and I did not see a sign a note anything.
