This place is just incredible. From the beginning everyone greets you and offers their help and not in a grumpy way, all of them are happy like they care. The owner, Sergio, is always there and incredibly knowledgeable and helpful(he was also at the install for the majority of the time). His crew works great, all work hard and seem to have fun while they're doing it, which is a testament to the owner and how he treats his employees. I strongly feel we got a great price for everything, and even if we didn't, I wouldn't give anyone else our business because their customer service is superior. Their nursery has a TON of variety and plenty of each. The owner personally worked on our project and even added several extras just because. My husband and I went to three Sisters Nursery 2 weeks ago to look at Palm trees just to get out the house during this shut in. We went on a Tuesday they came out on a Wednesday to plant 8 palm trees and planted 5 flower beds. Our yard is BEAUTIFUL. They have such a hard working crew which did an amazing job. It only took them about 5 days to get everything done, and it was done right. This is the only place I will go in the future for any yard planting work, they even corrected my sprinkler system. Do not buy mulch from this place as you will not get what you pay for. I bought a yard and it was barely over a half yard if that much. When i asked them about it they got irate that i questioned the amount. I have a small Nissan pickup and it did not even come to the top of the bed much less fill the bed. i had just bought a yard a few days before from another supplier and it was spilling out of my truck and it was also priced lower. I went to them as they were close to my home but next time I will drive further to a more respectable supplier like the one I used a few days before. Spend your money elsewhere!!! read more

The salesman could have spoken a lot more English and that would have been fabulous, but they were nice and very helpful. We shopped around and came back to this nursery to purchase as the price on larger trees was almost half what we were quoted at like nurseries. They delivered and installed and the men were quick and very helpful. Overall, great experience. read more

Never shop at this place EVER. When you pay they hand you a receipt and you leave. They installed 3 Florida Palm trees in my front yard and broke my sewer line and flooded my house.They even left the pipes that they busted on top of the ground and stuffed mud in the pipes to cover it up. When I spoke to the owner he said too bad next time read your receipt and you will see that we may bust your pipes and that is your problem and we will not help you. This is a bad company so shop elsewhere unless you want sewage in your house and ruin anything that is on the floor. We now are spending thousands of dollars getting the sewage out of our house. They offered me no help and hung up. I now have to take further steps to deal with this horrible company that just dig huge holes and cost you thousands of dollars. Go on-line and find other palm tree companies and they will tell you that they no about the damage they cause to other home owners. BUYER BEWARE YOU WERE WARNED... read more
